Casa Cristina e Mauro

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, with a well-stocked supermarket nearby. Inside, it had all the living essentials we needed, and the room and bathroom were generally clean and comfortable. The designated parking space is located in a parking lot just a street over; it gets locked at night, so it felt very safe. Although the building is quite old, it is exactly as described on Booking.com—there is an elevator, which was absolutely essential for us since we had large luggage.

Unfortunately, on the day of our arrival, the host messaged us that the air conditioning had just broken down. Fortunately, there were fans provided in the room, and since it was early June, the weather wasn’t too hot, so we managed to get some sleep.

A casa é extremamente confortável e está equipada com um cuidado minucioso para que não nos falte nada, ter temperos básicos na cozinha e detergentes para a roupa facilitou imenso a nossa logística. A localização é ótima e a limpeza exemplar. Sem dúvida que o ponto alto foi a simpatia da Cristina, que nos fez sentir muito bem-vindos. Recomendo vivamente!

La casa è molto bella, moderna, ed accogliente. La proprietaria Cristina è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha accolto fornendo tutte le istruzioni. La casa include anche un parcheggio comodo e sicuro. La casa si trova a breve distanza dalla stazione di La Spezia, ed è quindi un ottimo punto per partire alla esplorazione delle Cinque Terre in treno.
