Family stay in La Spezia

We loved Cristina's warm welcome as well as her appartment. It was wonderful! It had all the facilities we could ask for: 5min from the train to the area we wanted to visit (Cinque Terre), free parking, toys for the kids, easy and quick contact with Cristina, super clean appartment, heating and hot water.

Wonderful accommodation & host!

Cosy apartment, equipped with all needed amenities, very clean, close to railway station and to city center. A big advantage is given by the fact you have a secured parking place right behind the building. Cristina is an amazing host, who provides you all the needed information to spend some very good days in Liguria region. We were really happy with the choice we made when selecting this accommodation in La Spezia. Would love to come back one day!

Beautiful apartment in city close to Cinque Terra

Good location about 10 minutes walk from station. Christina met us to show us the apartment even though it was late. She is charming and very helpful. She allowed a very late check out time. The apartment is very tastefully decorated with excellent doors/windows that keep out the noise of the street. Plenty of travel information is at hand. Everything had been thought of to make the stay enjoyable.

2 floors up and no elevator could be a problem for some. Very small shower.

Ubicación muy cerca de la estación de trenes y a unos 15minutos de los ferrys. El apartamento cuenta con lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. Sin problemas para la comunicación con Cristina. El estacionamiento se encuentra en las inmediaciones.

Appartement parfait pour un séjour à la Spezia et visiter les Cinque Terre

Tout était parfait...très bonne communication avec Cristina qui a été très réactive à nos demandes. Situation parfaite à moins de 10mn à pied de la gare et proche des commerces , à environ 30mn à pied pour prendre le bateau . Appartement très propre, bien équipé , confortable . Le parking à proximité est vraiment appréciable. Je recommande +++ cet appartement.

Très bon hébergement, très bien équipé (vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, literie etc.), très fonctionnel et très propre. Très proche de la gare, idéal pour visiter les Cinq Terre. De plus, Cristina est très agréable et nous a donné de bonnes adresses ainsi qu’un plan de la ville très utile. Honnêtement le rapport qualité prix est incroyable. Je recommande cet appartement !

Cristina molto gentile e disponibile . Parcheggio privato fondamentale. Ottima posizione per prendere i treni per le 5 terre. Appartamento pulito perfetto per 4 persone .

Qualche padella andrebbe rinnovata. Aggiungerei una macchina del caffè a cialde.
