Host was very nice, great communication at all times and helpful. Apartment was very well located at just a few blocks to the main train station. Area was quiet and there were many stores, supermarkets, restaurants (highly recommend Bella Napoli pizzeria trattoria on Via Antonio Gramsci, 175/177, 19122 La Spezia SP, Italy: delicious food and great service), etc at walking distance and we felt safe at all times. Apartment was spotless clean, bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice size and shower spacious and good. Would come back and definitely recommend.

I don’t think this property should be on renting. Mirror is broken and hazardous, dangerous. Shower room doesn’t have hangers for towels. Shower floor is slippery. I rented two rooms, but the owner try to open only one. All furniture quality is very low quality.

I recommend this place ! Is very convenient walking distance to main attractions. Nice quiet place to stay. No kitchen or food service but less than a minute from a market where u can buy pretty much anything. Friendly staff and complementary coffee , tea , shampoo and conditioner 😊

The place was simple and cute, we didn’t get the place that was advertised, and it was on the dark side of the building, but the 4 of us were comfortable. There were cobwebs on the high ceiling, the sink was cracked, soap dish was broken, but all in all the Mie Stelle is way better than a chain hotel, we really felt at home.

I chose this based on proximity to the train station which was a five minute walk. We had two connecting rooms, Both which were sparkling clean. We did have to pay to park our rental car, €30 for only overnight then another €30 for a few extra hours after 10 am. Parking was another five minute walk and behind a locked gate. We didn’t really have a choice in that, but it was worth the money to be near the train station. We were in Riomaggiore in about 20 minutes!

Overall a very good experience, within walking distance of the central station. Only minor complaints are that some of the pillows had a slightly bad odour, and we could have used with some slippers. Otherwise a very good stay and well worth what we paid.

This apartment is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre being very close to the station. The apartment is spacious well equipped and has excellent aircon. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner Ciro couldn't have been more helpful, although having some italian helped as his english was limited. We stayed for 3 nights which was perfect to see Cinque Terre and the town/port of La Spezia.

overall nice stay. We only used this hotel for a place to stay at nights while visiting cinque Terre. it was plenty big enough for 4 people to stay with a nice bathroom! my only complaint was the room had a really bad smell (possibly secondary to the rain) and the walls were really thin so it could be a bit loud in the middle of the night.

Great home base to visit Cinque Terre. Comfy bed, good air conditioning. Beautiful space that lived up to the photographs. The fridge did not work, but that was not really an issue.

We are a family of 4 adults, the apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable. The only issue we had with it was that the second bedroom was very small and had 2 bunk beds in it. Location was reasonably good for getting around. The owner was pleasant and gave us a bottle of wine at the end of our stay, which was a nice gesture. Compared to the hotels in Cinque Terre, the price of this hotel was excellent and a very good alternative than the hotels located in Cinque Terre. It is a few minute train ride into Cinque terre. We also stayed in Riomaggiore & paid a fortne for something no better than this apartment. If in this region again would stay in La Spezia and travel into Cinque Terre.

I read some reviews and was nervous but my stay here was lovely. I love the way the apartment looks and it was very clean, smelled nice too! It is more like an airbnb so may suit younger travelers but no complaints about my stay! It's also near the train station which is nice since you can get to other villages quickly.

On the day of check out, the owner of the hotel said that he didnt charge me for our stay through credit card as his machine was not functioning properly and as such we paid him in cash.Today I just received my Credit Card bill and realised that the bank billed us for the stay despite refunding it a day later. I was billed for the currency exchange through no fault of mine! Definitely wont recommend to anyone for such a disappointing experience throughout.

Wouldnt call it a hotel but more of an apartment. NO BREAKFAST included.Arrived to the apartment using google map and was greeted with a shock as there was no reception nor staff to attend to us but luckily we bumped into another guest (which we accidentally opened her room door) and she told us that we had to call the owner to receive us! Wasted 2 calls out via IDD as I did not buy a SIM card and my family were left in the cold for 30 minutes before owner arrived.Owner was friendly but spoke little English but after the check in, things were pretty OK, except the bedsheet smelt like it was not washed as it smelled of salted fish. (the odour disappeared after 1 night)...probably sheets were not washed.
