Avoid this property and this host at all costs.

Worst experience I have ever had with a host. The host messaged us several times asking when we’d arrive, and when we finally gave a clear answer, she simply said she couldn’t be there, which was alright until she offered us self check-in in exchange for a 10/10 review after our stay. Later on, she threatened us for not giving the review “as agreed on” and tried to blame us for various things. She also cancelled our booking. I now understand the high score on Booking. I am attaching some screenshots with the conversation of a host who should never ever be hosting people if this is the type of treatment that she offers to people in exchange for the services that they simply paid for. I hope Booking will stop her from treating her guests the way she has treated us while still making profit out of a platform that she doesn’t respect.
