More than enough

Great communication with the host. Flat is comfortable, but better for 2 people than 4. Second bed is in the small living room with the kitchen, but if you are a family or good friends it isn’t a problem. Location is really good. You can walk on foot to the train station. Flat has assigned parking but shared with other flats. It can be occupied. You can find free spaces on the streets in the neighborhood.

Everything was perfect. Cleanliness, kitchen utensils, location, views, comfortable beds. Besides, Alla (the owner) gave us great tips about the area and she and her family were so kind to drive us to the train station since we had a lot of luggage and we were running late for our train. We're so grateful for that! We'll certainly come back to Deco & retro in the future!! We loved La Spezia and cinqueterre! Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

A fully equipped apartment and a lovely owner made it a very pleasant stay

Perfect as a base for Cinqueterre

Beautiful apartment with a parking space, a nice balcony and air conditioning. Very clean and spacious. Really hospitable owner. Great location to walk to the train station and visit Cinqueterre. Also there is a bus stop about 20 meters away, if you need to go to the harbour.

Clean and comfortable apartment

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The location is a bit removed from the busy tourist area, but a pleasant walk there and a very short walk to a decent grocery store. The apartment had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay.

We liked the apartment, and La Spezia provide many special places to go both in and away from city.

We felt that Alla, our hostess, did everything to make us feel at home, and to become familiar with La Spezia. She even reserved our first night's meal and walked us there. Alla provided ample maps and articles to inform us about the area, as well as spending time describing where to go. The accommodation had a splendid location, both for the views from the balcony and because the buses, the restaurants, the supermarket were all close. The kitchen was well equipped for home cooking when we wanted that.

WE had a problem interpreting the directions on how to find the property when we first arrived at La Spezia. This was because we came out of the station by a back way where there no taxis, and the taxi firms did not answer the phone. Had we come out of the large station by the proper exit, we found later, there would almost certainly have been taxis available. It would also have helped, as a back up, had we known the number and location of the bus to the flat

Its not just clean, it's Monika's clean (from Friends) 😍 . Even the forks and glasses without a drop 👌 Very nice lady, helped with maps and shop. Apartment is big, everything that you need is there. Mountain view. Recommend for sure

Alla prepares the appartment with love and kindness. She pours her heart into the decoration and good traveling experiences to her guests. There is internet and air-conditioning for the hottest summer days. And if you come to visit Cinque Terre and Le Spezia with empty head, she can and willingly gives you a bunch of necessary information. Normally you have everything you need (or even more in the apartment) but if you need something (reasonable), you can contact her and probably she will give you the next day. Alla also gave us the chance to check-in late (almost 10pm) without any extra charges. What should we expect more from this trip. We feel so grateful for the exceptional beauty of Cinque Terre and a super host and appartment

Superb

The hosts were amazing. Very friendly, we felt extremely awful because we underestimated our driving time due to the whiny road so we got to the property late at night much later than expected. The host was kind, communicated well and was waiting for us when we got there.

The location depending on what you need, it's in a residential zone, the balcony faces the mountain with beautiful early morning breeze. For our purpose it's good. It's walking distance to the train station that gets you to famous beaches of Cinque Terre, parking is hell there so she recommended the 8minute train ride. We were just passing by from somewhere else so we just drove to a less famous beach with parking for our convenience and the scenery was equally impressive.

Господарка була на звʼязку What’sApp. Ми приїхали пізно ввечері , пані Алла нас зустріла і поділилася порадами стосовно міста Ла Спеція. Дуже компактна та чиста квартира. Ліжко дуже комфортне. Є балкон , кухня… все як на фото.

Aangenaam verblijf

Het lag dicht bij het centrum en het treinstation, er was ook vlakbij een bushalte, een goede ontvangst van Alla die altijd bereikbaar was als we vragen hadden. Ze had er ook voor gezorgd dat we de auto gratis hebben kunnen parkeren dichtbij het appartement.

Er was wel wat lawaai maar we wij wonen ook in een kalme buurt en zijn niet gewoon van in een drukke omgeving te slapen.

Hôte au top et bon emplacement

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Alla nous a même aidé à trouver une place dans la rue, nous indiquant où étaient les places gratuites. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Emplacement plutôt correct à 15-20 min à pied de la gare et à 10 min du supermarché. Petit bémol pour ma part, le bruit. A la fois celui des voisins (télé, chaises, talons, ascenseur...) et celui des voitures dans la rue. Mais si, comme mon mari, vous dormez à toute épreuve, ce ne sera pas un souci :)

Alla nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire. Très sympathique et serviable. Appartement spacieux, très bien agencé, très propre. Proche de commerces. Emplacement parfait.
