Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und es hat auch bei der Übergabe des Schlüssels und der Wohnung soweit alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation hat auch ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Leider machte die Klimaanlage sehr oft lärm, da das Außengerät einen Defekt hat. Dieses sollte möglichst zeitnah ausgetauscht werden, da es bei den momentanen Temperaturen unerlässlich ist, dass man das Gerät auch eingeschaltet lassen kann, wenn man sich nicht in der Wohnung befindet. Zudem ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung an sich ausreichend, aber auch nicht mehr.

Господарка була на звʼязку What’sApp. Ми приїхали пізно ввечері , пані Алла нас зустріла і поділилася порадами стосовно міста Ла Спеція. Дуже компактна та чиста квартира. Ліжко дуже комфортне. Є балкон , кухня… все як на фото.
