Perfect house for Cinque terre travel in La Spezia

Location near bus station Welcome by Tiziana who was really helpful for visit and help us for paying less taxes.

Amazing stay! It is close to the city centre. You can walk on foot or reach it by a bus.

I liked the design and comfort of the apartment. The host was very kind and helpful. Would book it again.

Ideales Quartier für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und in die nahe und ferne Umgebung von La Spezia

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und großzügig eingerichtet, und bietet alles was zu einem Aufenthalt von 2-3 Personen nötig ist. Es empfiehlt sich, den PKW auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zu lassen und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu benutzen. Parken in La Spezia und Umgebung ist schwierig. Mit Bussen und den Trenitalia-Zügen kommen Sie bequem und entspannt durch alle engen Gassen der naheliegenden Ortschaften.

Appartement propre, confortable et bien situé pour les 5 terres.

Accueil très gentil par le propriétaire avec explications claires pour tout le séjour. Très bien situé pour se rendre aux 5 terres en train. L’appartement était propre, confortable et lumineux. Le fait d’avoir la voiture sur le parking en face est appréciable. Le secteur était calme et on se sentait en sécurité.

Molt cuidat, net i amb tot el necessari. No es cèntric però a camvi està en una zona molt tranquila. La Tiziana ens ho ha posat tot fàcil, molt amable! Gràcies!

Trafiony wybór.

Apartament to duże, funkcjonalne w pełni urządzone mieszkanie w bloku na I piętrze. Do głównego dworca kolejowego było zaledwie 2 km, czyli pół godziny pieszo (do portu trochę dalej). Doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzenia Cinque Terre, Portovenere i wielu innych atrakcji. Samochód parkowaliśmy tuż pod oknem, na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu, dlatego nie było stresu.

Brakło czasu na poznanie wszystkich atrakcji.

Todo estuvo muy bien sólo tener en cuenta que queda un poco retirado del centro pero hay un autobús que te lleva a 2 cuadras

Óptima estadia e voltaria novamente.

Apartamento grande e remodelado recentemente, cama confortável, limpeza impecável e silencioso. Tem ar condicionado e sempre tivemos lugar de estacionamento perto da porta do prédio. Ao estar localizado longe do centro tem a vantagem de ser muito sossegado.

A localização é boa para quem vai de carro ou está disposto a andar de transportes públicos. A estação de trem fica a 25 min a pé. Há opção de colocar o carro num parque gratis e apanhar shuttle para a estação, os horarios por vezes não são respeitados e não funciona ao Domingo.

Appartement spacieux très agréable. Tizana nous a donné de très conseils pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Un peu excentré du centre ville mais il y a un parking au pied de la résidence et c est un très gros avantage

집이 넓고 깨끗했으며 주차장도 갖추고 있었습니다..호스트도 사소한 질문에 응답을 친절하게 해주었으며 기차역 근처의 주차장에 대한 설명서도 숙소에 있었습니다..일찍 체크아웃하기는 했지만, 체크인할 때 30분 늦게 체크아웃해도 된다는 양해를 해주었어요..도보 10분 거리에 식료품점이 있습니다..

세탁기가 있었으면 더 좋았을 것이고, 역에서 걷기에 좀 멀기는 합니다...

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Geräte, Besteck, Geschirr, etc. vorhanden. Sehr kurze Entfernung zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. In der Nähe der Ferienwohnung beginnen zwei Wanderwege. Man kann von der Ferienwohnung direkt bis nach Riomaggiore oder nach Porto Venere gehen.

Appartement très vaste, lumineux, très propre, au calme, avec parking sous les fenêtres. Le lit est confortable et les propriétaires très soucieux de notre confort.

Vraiment parfait

Conforme à la description, bel appartement, bien décoré, bien équipé (il manquerait juste éventuellement, pour être plus que parfait, un micro-ondes et un petit espace de travail pour faire sécher la vaisselle dans la cuisine, mais c'est juste un point d'amélioration car c'est déjà super). Emplacement parking juste en face de l'appart. Literie super. Plein de produits à dispo pour la douche. Plein de prospectus d'info à dispo. Propriétaires super gentils, flexibles et prêts à aider. Bus pas loin pour descendre en ville mais ils ne fonctionnent plus le soir et il n'y a pas de taxi apparemment donc prévoir de rentrer à pieds (sinon il existe une appli trotinette mais bon la nuit....). Quartier super safe donc pas de problème.

Super obszerne i czyste mieszkanie, ekspresowy i miły kontakt z właścicielką, duże z jej strony zainteresowanie pomyślnym spędzeniem urlopu, darmowy parking tuż pod oknami, dwa duże balkony, rolety w każdym oknie, mocne wifi, mega duże łóżko i jeszcze większa kołdra, bardzo spokojna okolica i spokojni sąsiedzi - akceptujący turystów, pieszo 23 minuty do stacji kolejowej - tak jak chcieliśmy, autobus lub trolejbus na Rivę. Blisko sklepy i lokale. Apartament godny polecenia do zwiedzenia Cinque Terre i okolicy bliższej i dalszej Dziękujemy Tiziana.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy, no może na długi urlop przydała by się pralko-suszarka.
