Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir hatten etwas vergessen und konnten uns nochmal mit ihm treffen.
Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Tisch, sehr großer Balkon, auf dem man zu viert frühstücken kann. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine inkl. Tabs vorhanden. Insgesamt eine gemütliche Wohnung! Der Bahnhof ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, daher guter Ausgangspunkt für Cinque Terre. Sicherer Parkplatz vorhanden :)
Leider war an der Decke im Bad und im kleinen Zimmer Schimmel an der Wand.
Die Unterkunft hätte sauberer sein können. Bei einer Woche Aufenthalt wäre es schön, wenn ein Staubsauger in der Wohnung wäre.

Great location, very clean, spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you may need during a short stay and there was even a washing machine in the bathroom, which comes in very handy.
I would recommend the hosts to provide some kitchen towels
If sleeping in the side bedroom, bring some earplugs. The room is next to the bathroom and whenever someone flushes the toilet it’s very noisy (noisier than it is in the bathroom itself).

La proximité de la gare (20-25 min à pied), la literie et la résidence qui est calme
Manque de vaisselle, place de stationnement beaucoup trop étroite (lorsqu’on a un gros véhicule), la climatisation dans la deuxième chambre serait un plus

Die Wohnung war gross und hell und es hatte viele Kästen, Schubladen und Stauraum.
Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung vom vorherigen Gast noch nicht geputzt. Uns wurde eine Reduktion des Preises versprochen, welche wir jedoch nie erhalten hatten.
Auf dem Balkon hatte es Abfalleimer mit vergammelten Essensresten...
$$$$
