Die Lage war super. Und die Wohnung war sehr sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf der Dachterasse ist traumhaft

Beautiful place hidden in the hills of La Spezia. Really easy, straight forward walk from La Spezia Centrale station (about 15/20mins walk). Communication with the host via WhatsApp was excellent, made me feel very safe since I was solo travelling. Property was kept very clean, bed was super comfy! Yes the stairs are small to get to the second floor but not a problem if you have legs😂. Terrace area was perfect when the sun did come out.

Would have been even better if there were some general shared condiments in the place for cooking/cleaning (laundry tablets, spice/salt, oil, sauce etc). Since I was only there for a short amount of time I didn’t want to buy a full bottle of oil to cook etc. No negatives, I would love to come back! ❤️

Very private 2 storey apartment/house. Private entrance (gate) from the street, a few steps up to a big, covered terrace with a big table and 4 chairs. On the first floor, the kitchen, living room with a sofabed if needed and a toilet. Second floor is the bedroom with a beautiful bathroom and a smaller terrace with a view of the mountains. Kitchen seemed to have all you needed (I didn't cook/eat in the house). Nice interior design. On a no car street and very quiet for sleeping. Very good contact with owner, easy self-check in and out. Within walking distance of the center of town and very close to a bus stop (1, 14) if preferred.
