Très bon séjour en famille à La Spezia durant lequel nous avons pu apprécier la réactivité et la gentillesse de Giovanni lorsque nous l'avons sollicité au moment de notre arrivée. Le logement était propre, et la présence d'une machine à laver très appréciable! L'emplacement, situé pas très loin de la gare, est plutôt pratique.

Nous avons apprécié: - La qualité de la literie - l'emplacement de stationnement privé du véhicule - l'espace de vie.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié: - Casseroles et poêles usées, de mauvaise qualité et en nombre insuffisant. - Manque bouilloire - douche sale et en très mauvais état - chaises de structure légère et inconfortables
