Un appartement spacieux, lumineux et rénové, au calme, proche de la gare à pieds. Propriétaires très sympa!
Petit bémol, le débit d’eau de la douche est insuffisant et difficultés à régler la température de l’eau car pas de mitigeur.

We had a wonderful stay at Caterina’s apartment in La Spezia! The space is modern, spotless, and very well-appointed, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area. Communication with Caterina was excellent throughout, and she met us right on time for check-in. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having a washing machine with detergent tabs ready to use and a strong hair dryer – little details that made our stay extra comfortable. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend Caterina’s place!

Emplacement très proche de la gare et au calme
Le débit de la douche et très faible.Certainement dû au fait d’être au dernier étage. Le matelas du grand lit est en tres bon état mais il est très mou Dommage qu’on nous ai pas prévenu qu’il y avait des travaux et que l’on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les volets
