Super localizzato. Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito.

Proprietária extremamente atenciosa, gentil e prestativa, tendo nos deixado tranquilo desde a reserva até o check-out. Localização excepcional, muito perto da estação de trem, supermercado e de vários bons restaurantes, permitindo fazer tudo a pé. Custo X benefício muito bom, mesmo na alta temporada. Apartamento muito bem equipado, inclusive com máquina de lavar roupas. Ou seja, o local tem tudo o que é necessário para uma hospedagem tranquila e confortável em La Spezia, com acesso fácil às Cinque Terre. Simplesmente amamos e recomendamos fortemente.
Gostei de tudo, não há o que comentar aqui.

La localización, y en general el piso muy confortable, es igual que en las imagenes. La casa estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos. Las habitaciones muy cuidadas.
Cremos que se podria mejorar los siguientes aspectos: El colchón era muy duro e incomodo para dormir. Faltaban paños de cocina. La tostadora era incómoda de usar, una de los agarres estaba roto y tenias que usar guante de cocina para no quemarte.
