Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, 5 min pieszo od dworca, w samym centrum, w pobliżu sklep spożywczy. Spokojna okolica mimo, ze to obszar o dużym ruchu. Gospodarz miły i pomocny, od razu odpowiada. Apartament czysty, ale bez fajerwerków 😉.
Wejście prosto z ulicy do apartamentu, ponieważ położony jest jak lokal usługowy, nie było oczywiście tym mowy w opisie mieszkania. Niedziałającą płyta indukcyjna.

Tutto l'appartamento era nuovo . Molto bello il muro giallo con la frase . Cucina ben impostata e Posizione centralissima . Vicino alla stazione e a un minuto dal centro di Spezia
Se proprio vogliamo trovare un lato negativo il parcheggio a pagamento nella zona .
Ma comunque il parcheggio si trova e per chi arriva in treno comodissimo.

Tutto pulito, spazio amplio.
Non funzionava la placa cottura a induzione né anche l’Asciugacapelli. L’acqua calda nella doccia andava fino a un certo limite di tempo.
