Great place, would highly recommend.

Location was great, and the room was beautiful. There were plenty of linens and towels for all of our guests. The host was helpful and explained everything we would need to know.

The sofa beds were not very comfy, but they were large. The rest of the building wasn't very nice.

If you are looking for a something simple and practical

The apartment was clear, I liked the location near the center and near the sea as well

No parking lot belonging to the apartment, we needed to use public parking for additional fee. We had problems with hot watter the first and second day, after that it got better, probably because the apartment is in a historical building

Great stay in La Spezia

the location was great, the host was super friendly and informative. We stayed two nights and everything was good. Unit looks just like the pictures. Host provided a crib and was able to meet and show us the unit.

parking but it was really crowded for an event the first day so it was hard to find parking anywhere we had to drive up the hill. On normal days there is a parking garage nearby and street parking was easy to find the next day when the event was over.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Fantastic hosts, great communication. Would highly recommend it. My husband really appreciated the coffee capsules. Only thing missing was a toaster, but there was a sandwich maker. Would.gladly.stay there again. Grazie

Recommend and would stay agsin. Barbara is an excellent host!

it was in a neighborhood. We liked the space the coffee/bar shop and the Wine/pizza restaurant

The elevator was small/old, but it worked. A blankets/comforter would have been nice. The guest book could be updated with more specific info on the Cinque Terre. Bus Line number where to purchase the Cinque Terre ticket at the train station. The return bus number as well.

Great modern comfortable apartment!

A great comfortable apartment. The apartment is totally similar to the pictures. It's a very comfortable apartment with all the needed furniture and tools to spend a great time. We received a very extensive information of the surrounding, the best restaurants and where to park, very easy and convenient. Barbara was easy to reach and very pro-active in reaching us. The apartment is well decorated and feels really at home.

Nothing. We really enjoyed our time, even-though it can be a little noisy on the street but nothing major or disturbing.

The location was great, very central & walking distance to most things. The apartment was spanking new and everything in the place was well thought of and was perfect for a family like ours (2 adults + 3 kids)

Fin lägenhet med bra läge för att gå till hamnpromenad och centrum. Bussplats utanför så väldigt lätt att ta bussen. Vi bodde 6 personer och det fungerade jättebra, toppen med två badrum.
