Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che ci fosse un deposito cauzionale, ma da nessuna parte era specificato chiaramente. Ok, ho pagato (poi l’hanno restituito), però comunque… non capisco nemmeno per cosa sia stato trattenuto inizialmente. Per il cattivo odore in casa proveniente dalle tubature? Per le porte sporche? O per i piatti non lavati trovati nel microonde? Il personale è molto gentile, ma la pulizia lascia a desiderare.

La hubicación es excelente por que puedes llegar caminando en 5 minutos de la estación del tren, tiene elevador, es confortable, limpio, amplio, con cocina bien equipada y la zona es segura.
Haber dejado depósito de garantía por posibles daños; de cualquier forma tienen los datos de la tarjeta con la que se paga y si causa uno algún daño ahí lo pueden cargar.

Un appartement spacieux plutôt bien équipé, Les draps sont propres agréables, à proximité de la gare la Spezia. Facilité pour récupérer les Clés .
Je dirai que les odeurs d'égout sont régulières Au petit matin. Le chauffage a fonctionné la première nuit les jours suivant il ne fonctionnait plus.
