Spacious, close to station and strong wifi

Spacious apartment with coffee, washing machine and an elevator to the first floor. Strong wifi which is appreciated for travellers who work online. The location was conveniently within walking distance to La Spezia Station .

The back streets had a few people loitering around at night but the location is close to La Spezia Station and only 8 mins to Cinque Terre by train. Perfect for day trips .

Asking for 25 EUR in cash for city tax is wrong. This should have been already included in the booking price. Bathroom is a bit smelly, but as long as the doors are closed the smell doesn't get to the rest of the apartment.

Central location, comfortable and spacious apartment. Highly recommended.

The apartment was extremely comfortable for our short stay but I would easily have stayed there longer. The location is perfect - very close to the train station, the central part of the city and has good access to coffee bar and pizzeria, if these are required.

There was a slight misunderstanding about check-in/check-out times. However, the owners were extremely helpful and did all that they could to accommodate and help us.

Lovely, spacious apartment in convenient area, but still smells.

Just as pictured! Nicely decorated, clean, spacious apartment in a great location, near train station and easy 10-minute walking distance to shopping areas and sights. Comfortable bed. New sound-proof windows work quite well to hide any street noise. Loved having the large tv in the living room. Large, equipped kitchen with generous coffee provided. Very easy to control heat in the various rooms. Host easy to reach.

Would have rated this place a 10 except that the place still has the sewer smell another reviewer mentioned. While I was able to get used to it at times, my husband said that the smell never went away for him. It can be quite strong, especially when you enter the apartment. Opening windows helps, but can make things noisy. View from kitchen is not very nice (a bit slummy) -not a deal breaker though! Sure wish the owner could resolve the smell issue, because otherwise we would have really loved and fully enjoyed the apartment.

- location is super close to the train station and a public parking is 5min away (piazza d'armi) so you can visit cique terre by train without any stress to find a parking in each village - the appartment looks as it is on the pictures: modern, clean and spacious - Gabriele is a very friendly host and helped us with all our request before and during our stay - self-checkin worked perfectly

- street noise (but the host, Gabriele, mentioned that they are awaiting the new windows to reduce the noise significantly) - bad smell from the shower drain (will be addressed by the host)

Very good

The location was great, only 5 min walk from the train station, which in a 15 min train ride takes you to Cinque Terre villages and Levanto. The flat is spacious, the air con was great as it was very hot summer and the kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. The self checkin procedure was very easy and convenient as we arrived late in the night. Gabriele was very responsive for questions even during the weekend.

The bedroom windows are on street side and one can hear the traffic and noise from the street even with the windows closed.

La hubicación es excelente por que puedes llegar caminando en 5 minutos de la estación del tren, tiene elevador, es confortable, limpio, amplio, con cocina bien equipada y la zona es segura.

Haber dejado depósito de garantía por posibles daños; de cualquier forma tienen los datos de la tarjeta con la que se paga y si causa uno algún daño ahí lo pueden cargar.

Les informations sur la localisation de la location sont correctes (gare, parking piazza di armi accessible mais en cours de réaménagement. La via Roma et le corso Cavour à proximité immédiate pour aller vers les commerces de la ville.

Accueil très impersonnel. Heureusement que j'ai pu consulter ma messagerie à temps pour prendre connaissance des codes d'accès. WIFI limité. L'nvironnement immédiat de cet appartement ne donne pas à première vue, une bonne image. Les photos du site internet de présentation peuvent induire en erreur quant à l'ensemble des locations proposées par ailleurs.
