PARADISE 5 TERRE Blue

Appartement très bien équipé. L'emplacement juste à côté de la gare est parfait pour visiter les cinq terre. Le lit est très confortable et l'hôte très sympathique. Merci pour les petites attentions.

Le manque de moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Le bruit du bar en face.

The 1st floor apartment had everything you needed. Not huge, but enough room to not feel boxed in. Kitchen well equiped & air con. There is a sofa bed if you needed it. Only a 10 minute walk from the main railway station, the main city centre & a large supermarket / shops, as well as only 20mins to the port to catch a boat tour to the Cinque Terre coast. Our host Stephenia let us in as soon as as we contacted her & we retrieved our key from the lock box outside the unit. Easy access. Overall, it’s really good value for money.

Unfortunately for us, our 3 nights were party central in the streets below until the early hours. The windows are very good & we had ear plugs, so we were ok, but it was a bit intimidating coming in & out of the access door. These people never engaged in any way with us but the drinking & loud conversation (only to be heard over each other) was disappointing as it’s a cracking location in Le Spezia. We did speak to our host who said there had been a complaint registered with the authorities so for the owners sakes, we hope this is only a very short term thing. Stephenia was very understanding when we contacted her with our issue & we know it was no fault of hers.

L’appartamento è moderno e gradevole

La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda vicino alla stazione ma purtroppo in una via parecchio affollata di persone che mettono la musica quasi tutto il giorno, quindi per chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe avere dei problemi.
