Nice location to stay close to La Spezia but away from the city stress.

We had our own breakfast.Had a full kitchen in the appartement.The view of the port and the surrounding mountains was stunning.Wifi worked well.Very friendly owners.Very helpful.

TV wasn't functioning(no reception) and very small screen.But no problem for us.We didn't need any TV during our vacation.Wifi was fine.

Peaceful

We had a wonderful stay at this agriturismo. Maurizio was a gracious and welcoming host—very helpful with suggestions for visiting Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. Despite our late arrival (around 8 PM, which we had communicated in advance), it was no issue at all. Maurizio even made dinner reservations for us when we asked for nearby restaurant recommendations. Our apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located with parking right outside. Maurizio greeted us with a smile and took the time to show us around and provide directions to the restaurant (just a 5-minute drive away). Each room had its own AC unit, and they worked exceptionally well. The hot water in the shower was consistent, the beds were very comfortable, and the TV allowed us to log into Netflix, Prime, and Disney+. The view from the property was spectacular, and the pool area was peaceful with plenty of lounge chairs. It was also very pet-friendly—our dog enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. Overall, an excellent experience. We would highly recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway close to Cinque Terre and just minutes from downtown La Spezia.

Wonderfully relaxing.

Wonderful property amidst olive trees on the hills; only 10 minutes by car from the city center. Parking on the premises. Swimming pool easily accessible, well-maintained and clean. Owners gave us insights and tips on how to visit the Cinque Terre & restaurants etc. in the area.

Very comfortable place to stay

Very nice place for both, active or relaxing, vacation. The house is placed in hills with views on La Spezia and bit of sea as well. Clean and cozy apartment with a lot of space, quiet and nature all around, olive groves, terrace and easy parking next to the house. Maurizio was very friendly and helpfull, he can recommend where to go for dinner, interesting places like marmor mines, etc. In time of leaving we bought some bottles of olive oil from the family production. If we plan to go to this area again, we have the place selected. :-)

Beautiful location but need a car and they should emphasize that!

Beautiful views and the staff was wonderful!

I felt like the floors and sheets were not really clean. There was also no detergent to wash the dishes which could easily be provided instead of making the patron travel to the local market considering this is a tough location to get to and from and there is no made service. I would definitely recommend having a car here since the time between busses is long and the window of service is small.

The service was beyond expectation - the staff could not have been more helpful and the location and pool were fantastic. Good steak restaurant 1km walk away and another restaurant 1km the other way. Buses available to la Spezia.

cushions are poor (hard), pillows are poor (small and hard), there are a lot of flying beetles inside, the owner could put some nets on the window so that the beetles do not fly inside. I beat those beetles for 3 hours and you don't see the end anyway :))

Exceptional

Second stay for us in this property, we loved it as much as the first time if not more. Beautiful location and view, the place is quiet and well maintained, the pool is very enjoyable. Lots to do and see in the area, nothing more to ask for. Last but not least, the owners are very kind and helpful AND they speak good english, just perfect, I would highly recommend it.

Only little minor point would be the slow internet connection (wifi or cellular, it’s not really stable, but that’s very common in Italy) but anyway for vacations I would actually consider it to be a good thing.

As we booked last minute we had a room with no terrace, you had tables enough in the gardens to sit so not really y an issue, but if you stay there I think it is best to have a balcony facing the mountains !

L’accueil est très agréable, Maurizio est très disponible et avenant. Il donne plein de conseils pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable et facile possible. Le bien possède toutes les commodités de base. La région est magnifique. Le logement est situé un peu en dehors de la ville ce qui permet de se retrouver très au calme tout en étant proche des facilités pour voyager (train et bateau).
