Une petite pépite à la Spezia. Accueil très clair, un petit mot de notre hôte pour savoir si nous étions bien installés et avions besoin de quelque chose. Très bien placé pour l'accès à la gare centrale. Super bien équipé avec des attentions (eau, lait, fruits, petits gâteaux). Un parking fermé et sécurisé où nous avons pu stationner nos deux véhicules. Tout était parfait. Encore merci pour la qualité de votre accueil
Rien, tout était parfait. Le matelas du canapé lit, un peu trop fin pour deux adultes si je devais donner une petite amélioration

Отличное расположение, 10 минут пешком до железнодорожной станции Ля Специя. Идеально для посещения Чинко Терре. Рядом магазин, рядом исторический центр. Есть своя парковка что важно если путешествовать на своей машине
Мебель конечно не новая но все в хорошем состоянии

Tout, accueil tres sympathique et chaleureux par le Papa. Apartement assez grand pour 7 personnes, lits confortables, biscottes, croissants et cafe mis a disposition. Terrasse tres agreable. On recommande cet apartement tres bien situe, au cakme mais proche de la gare pour les cinque terre. Un grand merci!
