Wonderful stay

I loved everything about Villa Grace. Very comfortable house, it has everything you might need, it's perfectly equipped. Two double bedrooms and three sofa beds in the living room (1 double and 2 singles, they were already set up and looked like beds), with 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite). The host was very friendly and he even provided us with useful stuff such: coffee and tea, sugar, toilet and kitchen rolls, olive oil, salt, pepper and spices, detergent, etc. Several AC units around the house which was great because it was extremely hot outside. The neighbourhood is quiet, not central, less than 10 minutes from the train station, which was handy for us. Many shops nearby.

Great communication from host and perfect location!

Loved the little extra touches of fresh fruit basket and coffee pods for morning coffee. The outside patio was perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and end of day glass of wine.

This is a great place to stay.

The property was conveniently located close to the train station. The kitchen was fully stocked. Stefano even provided us with wine. We had everything we needed. He was also very helpful our first night at the property.

The property has 2 bathrooms but only one has a shower. We were 6 in our group so it was a little hard to manage.

Its a big apartment in central of LA Spezia, 10 minutes walk from central station, Good restaurants near by and apartment with all the facilities(as described in ad). The owner is helpful and nice. The apartment is recently renovated. overall a good place to stay and cover Cinque Terri

Pontos leírást kaptunk képekkel a helyszínről és a kulcsok helyéről. A kocsi zárt helyen parkolhatott ingyenesen. A szállás tágas, a konyha mindennel felszerelt. A mosógéphez mosószer is odakészítve! A vasútállomás 7, a belváros 15 perc séta.

Très bel appartement pour la visite des 5 terres par train. Conforme aux descriptions. Propriétaire réactif.

Le papa du propriétaire a été très accueillant L’appartement est très propre, grand, bien équipé Appartement très proche de la gare pour les cinq terres Place de parking sécurisée

La literie n’est pas très confortable et un peu sombre. L’appartement est un peu éloigné e du centre de la ville (20min de marche) du coup la première impression n’ est pas très rassurante.

Bel appartement avec excellent emplacement pour la gare de la spezia

L’appartement est grand, bien aménagé, très bien équipé, hyper propre, les lits sont faits à votre arrivée. Le parking est sécurisé à 50m de l’appartement : c’est génial! Tout est bien expliqué pour l’accueil avec boîte à clefs.. Le papa du propriétaire nous a même attendu pour nous faire la visite alors que nous étions arrivés tardivement. Des rapports amicaux et chaleureux tout en restant discrets. À 10min à pied de la gare pour la visite des cinque terre, 35min du port. Situé Hors ZTL. Des commerces pas loin, mais pour les fainéants (ou les familles avec enfants fatigués comme nous) Deliveroo fonctionne! :)

Muy buena estancia

El piso es amplio y muy cómodo. Había de todo lo necesario ( papel del váter, jabón de la lavadora, aceite, café etc.). La ubicación es buena, ideal si vas a viajar en tren, a 6-7 min de la estación y a unos 10 min andando del centro. Tiene aire acondicionado y una bonita terraza. El anfitrión muy amable. Lo recomendamos.

Superbe location idéale pour visiter les cinque terre

Accueil super sympa alors que j’avais des craintes avec les consignes d’arrivée. Le papa de la personne qui loue est super gentil, discret. L’appartement est situé à 20 minutes à pied de la gare pour visiter les cirque terre. Bref ce qui est inscrit sur le site de location est vrai.. parking privé dans une cour avec portail automatique est vraiment un plus car pas où très très peu de places dans la rue Avons loué 3 nuits pour les cirque terre

L’enregistrement avec le scan des passeports qui en jpeg mais pas en pdf qui complique les choses, il a fallu beaucoup de manipulation alors que tous nos documents étaient scannés en pdf. A part cela RAS

Super Ausgangslage für Besuch von Portovenere und Cinque Terre

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, 10 min bis zum Bahnhof, 15 bis zum Hafen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und man findet alles, was man braucht (ausser einem Geschirrspüler, dafür hat es eine Waschmaschine). Ein grosser Coop ist gleich um die Ecke, eine private Parkmöglichkeit im abgeschlossenen Innenhof vorhanden. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, ist Armando, der Vater des Vermieters, dem wir an dieser Stelle ganz herzlich für den herzlichen Empfang danken möchten, gleich zur Stelle. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!
