Everything was absolutely top-notch! The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, proactively sending us all the necessary details on WhatsApp before our arrival—including clear parking instructions and exact directions. She was readily available for any questions throughout our entire stay. The location couldn't be better: Train Station: Just a short walk away, making trips to Cinque Terre effortless. Convenience: A Carrefour Express is 1 minute away, with plenty of great restaurants right on your doorstep. Area: Situated right at the beginning of the main pedestrian street that leads directly down to the port. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had a flawless stay and highly recommend it!

Wir mussten unsere ursprüngliche Unterkunft mitten am späten Abend fluchtartig verlassen, da sie aufgrund von gesundheitsgefährdenden und unbewohnbaren Zuständen absolut untragbar war. In dieser Notsituation haben wir diese Wohnung als spontanen Ersatz gefunden und konnten sie extrem kurzfristig noch buchen. Der Gastgeber war einfach ein absoluter Traum! Trotz der späten Stunde war er unglaublich höflich, nett und verständnisvoll. Da die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt liegt und die Parksituation schwierig war, hat er uns sofort intensiv bei der Parkplatzsuche geholfen und uns einen Parkplatz organisiert. Er hat sogar unsere schweren Taschen nach oben getragen und uns alles in Ruhe und super verständlich erklärt. Die Wohnung selbst war in einem top Zustand: absolut sauber, extrem ordentlich und sehr komfortabel. Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Dieser Gastgeber hat uns den Aufenthalt gerettet und verdient die absolute Höchstnote. Vielen Dank für alles!

Amazing stay at Casa Contra! The location is perfect, so close to La Spezia Centrale station for catching trains to Cinque Terre, plus there are great restaurants nearby and a private parking garage just a short walk away. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities and kitchenware we needed. What really stood out was the owner; she was so friendly, gave us the best local tips, and even gifted us beautiful photographs of Cinque Terre. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip!
