About this apartment rental
Flat in amazing Art Nouveau building to the railway station (2 min walk) and to the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici (5 min walk). Two bedrooms with double beds and the possibility to add an extra one. A large living room with a large confortable sofa, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The house is equipped with free wi-fi and tv. In the area there is a great choice of restaurants, cocktail bars and shops.
Sheets, blankets, towels and hair dryer are provided.
Tea, coffee and snacks are available.

Composed of two double bedrooms, one with a historic veranda and terrace. Possibility of adding a single bed. Lounge with sofa and dining area. Equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV and wi-fi.
I will be happy to accompany my guests to discover the city and its surroundings: Lerici, Portovenere and the 5 Terre, to taste local food and wine, organize excursions to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Excellent connections with the main airports. Contact me for logistic information too!

Prima di prenotare ho contattato il proprietario tramite chat del sito e mi ha risposto nell'arco di 2 3 ore.avevo dubbi all'inizio ma tutto è andato bene. La casa è pulita e ha un stile all'antica. Può piacere ad alcuni ed ad altri no. La posizione è ottima..stazione a 5 min a piedi e tutto il resto è vicino. L'unica pecca è il parcheggio. Se si vuole a pagamento ci sono vicini ma difficile da trovare. C'è anche il gratuito ma a 15min a piedi ed è sempre pieno..tutto sommato sono rimasto soddisfatto

Family of four with two teenage children. Very comfortable flat in perfect location near Cinque Terre. Train and ferry 7-10 min walk from the apartment. Good restaurants just around the corner. The host is great! He gave us info and tips for our stay and took us to the free parking so we did not have to use our car. He also brought our entire family to the parking lot when we were leaving which saved us a lot of hustle as parking in front of the flat is limited.
He uses his family heirloom monogrammed sheets which I found a very nice touch. Apartment could use some fan as the weather was hot when we stayed. Nevertheless I give 5 stars for the place as we enjoyed it. Thank you Filippo.
