Ideal for long holiday

The size of the apartment, bed and beddings were super comfortable, well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, location was super convenient.

The bathroom and kitchen could be updated, room was pretty cold at first, although it was solved immediately they gave us a wrong code for the key box so I needed to call the owner.

The views were amazing. The apartment was very comfortable and provided all the facilities that were needed. There was parking right in front of the apartment. The location was right on the water front and and a nice walk along the front.

Difficult to find. The drive way needs to have some signage as we missed it three times.

Great apartment very spacious, very light and airy, lovely views nicely decorated, and the Bed was really comfortable. Very close to the train station and to the centre of town. Owner very helpful and responded quickly.

A fantastically nice apartment. Modern and spacious. Large living room and two large bedrooms with comfortable double beds. A very large balcony with a view of the mountains. Close to the train station and equally close to the center with pedestrian streets, shops and restaurants. We can really recommend this accommodation

Adequate accommodations

Great location. Modern and clean apartment. All amenities needed were available.

Bedroom air conditioner was noisy and alarmed all night. Patio door leaked into dining room during rain storm. Shower drain backed up causing flood. Available parking was 20 euro a night.

Great location and host, but third floor with no lift.

The terrace is great and the location is very good for the train station and with shops and cafes close-.

The apartment was comfortable except for the bathroom situation.

It’s in a good location. Close to the Centrale but still a bit hidden away from the hustle-bustle.

The standing bath doesn’t have a good drainage system in place which makes the whole bathroom wet after taking a shower. In addition to this, the bathroom doors don’t have a lock! Which is completely absurd for a family apartment to not have! Like it’s the one of the basic necessity.

Recommended for family trips

It was nice to have a family of five. The apartment was as big as the picture. I couldn't use the terrace due to the heat wave, but the terrace looked really good. The three air conditioners were very helpful to us

Disappointing

Location is quite near the station but there’s an uphill walk.

The toilet has a strong sewage smell. Even in winter, the smell is strong. The bath tub water flows down extremely slowly. The heater is not working well. Half the panel is heated, the other half is not. We were shivering in the cold at night. It takes a long time to heat up and even then it’s not warm. Air con cannot be used. They kept the remote. If air con can be used, I can still adjust temp to 25. I think for summer is still ok. In winter is not. Overall a disappointing stay.

Perfect clean apartment

The apartment was clean and so spacious and the terrace was huge. It was perfect for our family with little kids to give them some space to run around. The owner was very quick to answer any questions. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

Non adatto in inverno

Appartamento bello grande e molto pulito, dotato del tutto necessario che puo servire.Letti confortevoli, Wi-Fi disponibile.Il proprietario ha sistemato velocemente il problema dello scarico del bagno .Caffe , biscotti e una bottiglia d'acqua di ben venuto. che abbiamo apprezzato . Si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore. Parcheggio nel cortile, scoperto, 20 euro al giorno.

Appartamento non adatto per l'inverno. Non ci sono i doppi vetri e riscaldamento impostato a 22 gradi per la notte ,ma non ha mai superato 20 gradi e con 5 gradi fuori ,in casa faceva molto freddo. Di giorno temperatura impostata a 18 gradi....come dicevo abbiamo patito di freddo ☹️

Séjour agréable, dans cet appartement pratique (emplacement) et propre.

L’emplacement (proche du centre ville et de la gare) et le calme. L’appartement est bien agencé et la terrasse est appréciable (bien que peu agencée, avec des meubles + cosy et des plantes, elle serait top!).

L’entrée délabrée (trous dans les murs!) et pas toujours propre de l’immeuble. Pas accueillant (ni rassurant) de prime abord.

Läget var mycket bra! Nära tågstationen och centrum. Flexibel tillgång till lägenheten vilket var uppskattat då vi kunde lämna väskorna tidigare än tiden för incheckning. Städningen var toppen och de bjöd på espresso vilket var mycket snällt. Prisvärt boende! Hade allt vi behövde. Lugnt område och byggnad.

Terrassen skulle dra nytta av en pergola. Då hade man kunnat nyttja terrassen mer och smidigare. Parasollet var inte det bästa.

Prima verblijf vlakbij centrum - goede en snelle service

Het appartement ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het centrum en het Centraal Station. De service van de eigenaar was uitstekend: hij reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen en we konden via hem een parkeerplaats huren – echt een aanrader! Verder beschikt het appartement over een groot dakterras (weliswaar met weinig meubilair) en twee prima kamers met airconditioning.

Apartamentul este mare și bine utilat. Terasa este superbă iar priveliștea este minunată. Apartamentul este foarte aproape de gară și de strada pietonală care are restaurante și magazine.

En fantastisk vistelse i La Spezia och Cinque Terre med omnejd.

Bra område, nära både till centrum och tågstationen. Och ca. 15 minuters promenad till hamnen. Perfekt utgångsläge för att ta sig till Cinque Terre.

L'emplacement est correct. Assez central

Le confort est assez limite, pas de grille pain, pas de micro-ondes, alors qu'on nous en a promis un pour le lendemain. Seulement 6 grandes assiettes pour 4 personnes, pas de petites assiettes, pas de poêle. Pour cuisiner c'est limite. Sur la grande terrasse seulement 2 fauteuils individuels pour 4 .... idem pour les couverts en nombre insuffisant.

Apartmán bol čistý, dobre vybavený nič mi nechýbalo, Veľmi velká terasa, veľké miestnosti,

Vybavenie kuchyne treba zlepšiť, Majiteľ bol veľmi nevyspytateľný, požadoval som parkovacie miesto, musel som chodiť po ulici a hľadať kľúče a ovládač v schránkach, musel som mu pripomenúť dohodnutú cenu za parkovanie snažil sa mi vyúčtovať viac ako bolo dohodnuté, Už sem neprídem. Doporučujem celú komunikáciu s majiteľom archivovať.

Excelente opción de hospedaje

La ubicación increíble muy próxima a la estación de tren. La limpieza, el orden y la decoración excepcionales. El trato del anfitrión fue maravilloso súper disponible a todas horas y respondía en tiempo y forma con una actitud de servicio excepcional.

Solo la entrada al complejo está un poco descuidada por obras de mantenimiento

Luminosa a due passi dal centro. la casa è ben distrubuita e gode di un terrazzo davvero unico. lo staff è gentile e ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative.

Difficile trovare parcheggio, consiglio se sei in auto di prenotare anche il posto auto.

Agréable séjour à la Spezia
