The apartment was amazing and is perfect for stays in La Spezia. The location was excellent as well, very convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions such as Cinque Terre. The hosts, Bárbara and Gianni, were very kind and helped us with everything we needed, always available and responsive. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making our stay very pleasant and easy. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return.
On the last night we felt a bit cold, as the heating was not on. It wasn’t easy for us to understand how it worked during the night. It might be helpful to have a clearer explanation of how the heating system works upon arrival.

The location in relation to the train station was awesome.
Having to arrive at a specific time was a bit of a challenge do to flights and train travel. They also wanted cash for the city tax which was a hassle.

The location was great 5 minutes walk to station close to town Square and so close to eatery. Would go back not a problem.
Didn't like that there were only one toilet roll and no spare for neither of the bathrooms or a kettle or toaster
