The location in relation to the train station was awesome.

Having to arrive at a specific time was a bit of a challenge do to flights and train travel. They also wanted cash for the city tax which was a hassle.

The location was great 5 minutes walk to station close to town Square and so close to eatery. Would go back not a problem.

Didn't like that there were only one toilet roll and no spare for neither of the bathrooms or a kettle or toaster

Confortável e próximo da estação de La Spezia

O apartamento fica bem próximo da estação central de Lá Spezia! Fomos recebidos pessoalmente pela anfitriã que nos mostrou o apartamento e deu dicas da cidade. Possui 2 quartos porém nenhum dos dois é suíte. Um banheiro é muito bom e grande porém o outro estava com um cheiro muito ruim de esgoto e é bem menor que o outro! As camas são confortáveis e a roupa de cama é banho ótima! Não cozinhamos no apartamento mas a cozinha tem tudo de necessário! Tem um Carrefour bem próximo , um restaurante de carnes( nana ) muito bom a poucos metros e tb fica bem próximo de uma rua cheia de cafés, restaurantes e lojas!

Moderne, air climatisé, deux salles de bain, assez grand pour deux familles, balcon pour profiter du soleil. Stationnements proches. Ascenseur. Près de tout.

L appartement est glacial il.edt situé dans un immeuble des années 50 sans aucune isolation il n y que quelques petites heures de chauffage par jour ,vos serviettes sont constamment humides . Vraiment une très mauvaise expérience
