Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great for a home base to explore Cinque Terre and Portovenere towns. Area was safe and quiet and just removed from the busyness and noise of the main area of the city. The place was well equipped with everything needed. Great working AC especially during the heat wave when we visited. The place is on the fifth floor but there is a working elevator when we did not choose to walk it.

Tastefully furnished, well maintained, close to the train station (but insulated from the noise from the trains)! Gaia was a great host - friendly, punctual and responsive!
