A szállásadó rendkívül szimpatikus és segítőkész volt. Várt már ránk és tökéletes angolsággal magyarázta el a kulcs átadásakor az apartmannal kapcsolatos részleteket . Rengeteg tanácsot kaptunk az éttermekről és látnivalókról, sőt még a másnapi pisai látogatásunkhoz is kaptunk tippeket. A szállás, amely épp a sétáló utca végén volt minden igényt kielégít: kényelmes, otthonos, nagyon jól felszerelt, tiszta.
Hiányérzetem volt....ha jobban beszélnék olaszul, elhívhattam volna a szállásadót magunkkal vacsorázni :-)

We loved it as it is in the strategic area, just few hundred meters away from station and located just above the Main Street of La Spenzia, all walking distance to awesome restaurants, grocery shop, convenience stores and cafe. The apartment has a lift, ample space for our family of 4pax, and the smart TV can play YouTube and Netflix. It’s a perfect home away from home!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est confortable, très propre et très bien équipé, son emplacement est idéal (5 minutes à pied des mayens de transport gare & arrêt de bus et à 10 minutes du port) et nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme malgré la rue passante. L'hôte, Etleva, est adorable et très disponible, nous avons apprécié son professionnalisme, son hospitalité, ses petites attentions et sa réactivité pour répondre à nos questions. Un séjour parfait et une belle rencontre humaine. Nous y reviendrons. A recommander !

Toutes les consignes et astuces nous avaient été communiquées par avance ce qui est très appréciable
Merci pour les petits attentions bouteilles de Chianti et d’eau pour notre retour
