I think la spezia is a good choice for the cinque terre.

It's a really large apartment on the first floor. Has a washing machine. No dryer but atmosphere is dry so clothes dried overnight anyway. Nice neighbourhood. 15 min walk from station. Really large place.

Inhospitable combative host

Absolutely nothing

Inhospitable combative host. We traveled all day and then walked 10 minutes, with our luggage, in the cold to reach this apartment. We arrived to find that although there is an elevator, host has not paid for elevator, so we now needed to climb 28 steps with our luggage to get to the apartment which was cold and there was no hot water. We attempted to reach the host, but could not get an internet connection. You need to stand up against the bedroom window to get one bar of Internet. When we finally reached the host, he was rude and abrasive and combative.

Central, well provisioned and beautiful

Truly amazing location right in the heart of the old town. 15min walk anywhere and the setting itself was pretty magical. It was a fantastic, spacious apartment and well provisioned. They took the extra effort to make it comfortable.

The car situation in La Spezia is pretty crazy so I would strongly advise getting the private parking. It was a bit of a rigmarole to get to but a short, safe walk. We were a bit surprised by the fee though, at 20 euros per night, when we filtered by free parking to find the place. We didn't check the suggested place but there were cars parked pretty much back to back everywhere we went in La Spezia, and it was winter so I can't imagine what peak season would be like. Only thing I can think of is to be a bit more up front about the parking situation and fee so people don't find out after they book. Altogether our experience was very good and we'd definitely stay again.

Perfect appartment and location!

Everything was perfect. Big, comfortable appartment with two bedrooms and twa bathrooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine. Air conditioning for heating and cooling. Very clean. Central location in the old town of La Spezia, a few minutes' walk to the La Spezia train station. The host was friendlv, helpful and always available. The accommodation also offers a private secured parking in a garage cca 500m away from the appartment, which is an excellent option. Check-in and check-out easy and smooth, all instructions given in advance. We highly recommend this appartment. Thank you, Mr. Hong!

Si pudiera poner más nota, lo haría. Todo fue excepcional. Atento en todo momento a nuestra llegada, explicaciones y recomendaciones de la zona. Galletas y agua como obsequio. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y grande, con dos baños y camas grandes. Cocina completa con todo lo necesario. Sin duda repetiría

Tout d’abord l’emplacement, il est en plein cœur de la ville Spezia À cinq minutes de la gare à cinq minutes du port est à proximité de tous les restaurants et boutique Le logement est très grand et très confortable, bien équipé Monsieur Hong et très aimable et très serviable
