Perfectly positioned, modern one bedroom apartment.

Walkable to the train station and the city shopping streets. Small well stocked supermarket is 1 minute walk away.

No washing machine but we coped by washing things in the sink. Apartment is on the second floor and has no lift.

The appartement has cute furnish and has everything you need for a good vacation. The landlord is very accomodating and response very fast. The appartement is 5 min away from the main station and to the port/marina you have 15-20 min.

Very clean and comfortable space. Very close to train station. Hostess was very helpful !! thank you for making my stay Great.

Only thing I might add is the people in the apartment next door were loud and a lot of door slamming, hallways echo. They were out late so I was woke up each night when they returned back to apartment.

Clean, comfortable, accomodating, well equipped, easily accessible and so close to the la spazia centrale

The property was very clean and you have everything you need. It was well equipped and comfortable. Also Keta, the owner, was very very sweet and helped so much with the check in, setting up the sofa and everything we needed during the stay. Very accommodating. She even gave us a good list of restaurants to try! Definitely give this accommodation a try! It was also only around 5-7 mins to the station. So so so great! Definitely loved our stay.

Perfect apartment to explore the Cinque Terre

Very comfortable apartment with modern decor. The location was perfect, near the train station, supermarket and restaurants. Keta is a very nice host, always available to help.

The apartment is newly renovated, large and clean. It is quiet and bright. The WiFi and water pressure are strong. The apartment is a short walk (5 minutes max) from the train station in a safe residential area. La Spezia is a great base to explore the Cinque Terre and surrounding region. The apartment is perfect for relaxing after a days walking. There is a supermarket around the corner and lots of restaurants, cafes, and pharmacies in the vicinity. I would happily stay again.

A great apartment to use as a base for exploring Cinque Terre and La Spezia.

Great location, close to the train station and bus stops in a quiet area. Clean modern apartment with all the amenities that we needed. Fantastic air con in both main rooms. Good Wi-Fi

Would have been better, that when we initially booked the apartment it was made clearer that there are two apartments, only one of them has the lovely balcony. The other apartment (2) has a balcony, but only good enough for drying clothes on, not for sitting out on ?

It was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed. Location to train station was very convenient and a 15 minute walk into the pedestrian area with all the shops, bars and restaurants.

Excellent Stay with convenient location to the train station

Very close to the train station and can easily walk from the station to the unit( around 5 min walk). The living room and bedroom are 2 different units and can be used as 2 bedrooms with bed of its own. The AC worked perfect, and the colored lightings added to the ambience. The sofa bed was very comfortable too. The host was very responsive and answered all questions even when it was late in the night when we requested for a little extra time for check out

Everything was good. There is a long/slim window in the bathroom and we ended up partially covering it with a towel just to be on the safer side. The window opens on the toilet side and not the shower side so other may find it ok but we were little uncomfortable so ended up covering the window.

Exceptional

The apartment is in an older building but has been completely renovated. It is modern, bright, with tasteful decor, and more importantly, very clean. The location was perfect for us, because we travelled by train, and took day trips to Cinque Terre and Portovenere. The host, Keta was always available over Whatsapp, and communication was clear and easy. She was very kind to ensure that we had a comfortable stay.

Perhaps availability of some basic condiments such as salt & pepper since we enjoyed being able to prepare a few simple meals in the apartment.

The appartement was spotless and looked as if it was brand new. The location is only 10 minutes walk from the train station which is ideal of you want to visit Cinque Terra. The host was lovely and kept in touch to ensure everything went well.

the place was clean and modern 5 min walk from train station many bakeries close by if you want to grab breakfast

both beds were not very comfortable the big one was too soft and the sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on a bit of struggle with communication at the begging but it all solved out the end

Cozy place in La Spezia

The apartment is tidy, cozy and nicely furbished with a sunny street-view. It is located in an old building at 15min walk to the La Spezia Centrale train station/30 min walk to the port of La Spezia. In the neighborhood there are many shops and restaurants.

the location 5’ from train station to visit the cinqueterre. the balcony sunny on the morning with amazing view is lovely for a breakfast. the flat is very comfy, with very good quality furniture and fully equipped

The apartment is very well equipped. We stayed eight days in this very nice, very clean and tastefully renovated Appartment. Bonus: super friendly and courteous host, who was always responsive. 10–15 minutes walking distance to the city centre, 20 minutes to the port. Bakery and mini market in the immediate vicinity.

Superbe logement, je conseille...

Logement à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et à 10 minutes du centre ville. Un petit supermarché à proximité permet d'avoir du pain frais pour le petit déjeuner pris sur le balcon car exposé à l'est. Le logement est spacieux pour deux personnes, propre et lumineux.

Il manque juste un petit plat allant au four pour réchauffer des aliments.
