Great Apartment in La Spezia
The apartment was clean and comfortable and well appointed with everything needed for a great stay. It’s a good base of operations if you want to visit Cinque Terre and is about an 8-10 minute walk from the La Spezia train station. There is a market and pharmacy very nearby. Lorenzo was a very friendly and helpful host, giving us good restaurant recommendations. We would stay here again. 😊
In the apartment building, there were barking dogs that could be annoying at times, but it wasn’t so bad to ruin our stay—just a bit of a nuisance.

Exceptional
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable! Since it has been a very warm summer, we are very thankful that the living room and the bedroom are equipped with air conditioners. Lorenzo was very flexible in allowing us to leave all our luggage at the apartment before the official check in timing. He is also very friendly and polite when showing us different amenities of the apartment - including a washing machine and a clothes drying rack! Only a 7 minute walk from La Spezia Centrale station, the apartment is easy to locate. There are many mini marts nearby and the shop right beside the apartment sells delicious kebabs. There are numerous other options for food late at night downtown, which is a short walk away from the apartment. The apartment also has a lift which made it very easy to transport all our luggage. Overall, we are very happy with our stay, thank you Lorenzo for your great hospitality and lovely apartment! :)
