Good spot to base out of for Cinque Terre

Close to the train station. Clean. Host was kind and allowed us to change our dates last minute due to a scheduling conflict. Fully stocked kitchen. Good WiFi. Good air conditioning. Washer to wash clothes in kitchen. Instructions to access apartment were easy to follow.

Not sure what the issue was but the water in the bathroom was either really hot or really cold, it was difficult to find a middle, a little frustrating with kids. It wasn’t a huge issue for us because someone else mentioned it in the comments and we were somewhat prepared, but in case you missed it, there are lots of stairs to get to the floor of the apartment, my suggestion only pack what you can carry on your back.

Beautiful apartment close to train for Cinque Terre!

Beautifully appointed apartment located close to train station for Cinque Terre. Air conditioning worked great as well. Owner was very responsive.

Wasn’t a problem for us but property is on 4th floor so several flights of stairs. As a result, be wary of too much luggage or if traveling with someone who will struggle with stairs.

The host was very responsive to any questions and queries we had. Really helpful and friendly. The apartment was amazing. Really well laid out, functional and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and the space was light and enjoyable to be in. The location was amazing, right next to the train station to the Cinque Terre and the added bonus of a car parking space was invaluable. Plenty of shops nearby for groceries etc. Will definitely use the apartment again if we are in the area.

Great Hosts

The hosts were great and super nice, friendly and responsive. The air conditioning was also really good. The place was clean and super cute.

Something to keep in mind is that it a 4th floor apartment and we had to make multiple trips up the stairs with the luggage which was difficult for my elderly parents.

La proximité avec la gare et le centre ville ainsi que la place de parking. L’appartement est propre et agréable. Il est bien équipé.

Le bruit du train . Nous n’avons pas eu de chance car il y a eu des travaux nocturnes durant 3 nuits.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, chaleureux. La climatisation marchait très bien et a été fortement appréciée avec la chaleur mi-août. Contacts avec Laura réactifs et agréables. Bien situé à proximité de la gare pour prendre le train vers les 5 Terres. Petits commerçants aux alentours.

Appartement Exceptionnel

- Appartement magnifique - Très bien équipé - Très propre - Avec balcon appréciable dans la chambre principale - L'emplacement tout proche de la gare et à 15 min à pied du centre ville historique pour aller flâner et 20 min du port - Notre hôte Laura réactive et très sympa - La place de parking attitrée qui est un luxe - La proximité de supermarché en voiture et supérettes à pied. - Le duplex. Chacun son espace pour s'installer et dormir.

- le bruit des trains mais on ne peut pas avoir la proximité de la gare pour rejoindre les cinque terre et le calme. Des boules Quies font l'affaire et la nuit c'est quand même calme. - les 4 étages à monter mais on finit par s'y faire et on en rigole. Mais à prendre en compte si vous avez des difficultés à vous déplacer. Idem pour les escaliers menant à l'étage du duplex.

Breve viaggio di famiglia

Appartamento situato vicino alla stazione ma comunque molto tranquillo, comodissimo per prendere il treno per visitare le Cinque Terre. Le stanze spaziose, rispecchiano esattamente ciò che si vede in foto. Host gentilissima e disponibile .

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto sono i 4 piani di scale, ma per noi non è stato un problema .

Die Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation sowie die Sauberkeit und die halbwegs praktische Ausstattung.

Die Lage an sich ist gar nicht mal schlecht - geografisch betrachtet- aber vom Wohnviertel her war es nicht so toll. Zudem liegt die Wohnung im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, also nicht so gut wenn man mit großen Koffer reist.

Hyggelig lejlighed tæt på stationen til Cinque Terre

Meget pænt, hyggeligt og moderne indrettet og rent. Fint udstyret køkken. Man følte sig meget velkommen og taget godt imod med forslag til ture og restauranter. Det lå tæt på stationen til at kunne tage på tur og havde parkering til vores bil.

Selvom beliggenheden tæt på stationen var fin, var kvarteret lidt rough og ikke så hyggeligt. Madrassen på det øverste værelse var lidt hård og det samme var sofaen.

Tante scale per arrivare l’host è stato molto gentile ci ha portato la maggior parte dei bagagli fin su. Disponibilità di carta igienica giusta per 4 persone. Bagno perfetto ma piccolino. Ci hanno chiesto di portare via la spazzatura ma non ci sono bidoni nelle vicinanze e molti sono chiusi quindi c’è la siamo portata in macchina…

Helle, freundliche Wohnung in einer netten ligurischen Stadt

Hell und sauber renovierte Wohnung in einem Altbau. Wohn Essbereich ausreichend groß, Bad/WC Kombination funktionell klein. Die Wohnung liegt auf zwei Etagen, über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den zweiten Schlafbereich unter dem Dach. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sogar Waschmaschine vorhanden. Kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt und Nähe zum Bahnhof. Positiv ist auch der eigene, private Parkplatz in der Sackgasse vor dem Haus. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Ligurien und speziell die Cinque Terre zu besuchen!

Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock ohne Lift, das sollte man bedenken. Die Stiege in den Bereich unter dem Dach erfordert Trittsicherheit. Man befindet sich in der Innenstadt, die Straßen sind hier stark befahren, die Fenster isolieren zum Großteil den Lärm. Nachdem zwar vorteilhaft am Bahnhof gelegen (5min Gehzeit) ist der Betrieb der Züge leider deutlich hörbar.
