Kuhinja z vso potrebno posodo. Internet odlične hitrosti. Oštevilčeno parkirno mesto pred blokom. Bilo je zelo prijetno bivanje.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the central railway station, couple of minutes more to the bustling town center. Quiet (even on a weekend). Very clean, all necessary facilities. Guaranteed parking! If I ever need accommodation in La Spezia again, this will be my first place to check!
Stairs! I think this is clear in the property description, but guests just need to be aware that this is on the 4 floor, quite a lot of steps and no elevator, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Same with the sleeping loft, not the easiest to clamber up to. But if you´re fit as a fiddle, there is no problem at all.

Nice amenities. Fully stocked. Washing machine. Air conditioner worked great! Clean and well organized. Bakery near by. Quiet. Responsive host.
Those stairs could use one more vertical rail to hold on to. They are a killer!
