Good value for the money

Well equipped house, close to the train station from where you can quickly reach Cinque Terre or surrounding attractions. The view from the balcony is spectacular

Like others said, it's on top of a hill and the appartment is on the 4th floor. Even for perfectly fit persons this can be a bit tiresome, but not a major issue. However for elderly person or for somebody with joint issues this can be a major one, so take this advice.

Definitely not a 7 minute walk from La Spezia station, & climb so many stairs with heavy suitcases. we caught a taxi

the 100 steps to get to the front door of apartment and 66 inside to get to the 4th Floor. In your advertising of the property it says only some steps.

Great location for easy access to the Cinque Terre region.

Great location for us to explore the Cinque Terre region as it was close to the Train station. We loved the challenge of the stairs, great preparation for the walks in the area. The view for the rooms was beautiful and Cosetta was a terrrfic host.

Best view and memories

The hostess is very nice person. The flat has a lot of space and is well equipped. Though it is on the 5th floor we were rewarded with the best view during our travel. I enjoyed this view more than Cinque Terre views combined. Definitely would return again! Thanks to our hosts once again!

La Spezia is a lovely town, plenty of places to dine out, excellent base for exploring Cinque Terre.

Host met us on arrival and helped with bags. Gave us some great tips for National Park & places to visit. Good location to downtown La Spezia and train station which has a fantastic local rail service to Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre is simply wonderful, within which we hiked and kayaked, so easy to organise and access. Porto Venere also a beauty spot worth visiting. Lovely views of La Spezia from bedroom and kitchen balconies.

We didn't realise that the apartment was on the 4th floor (no elevator), and that the main pedestrian access to the apartment building was via lots of steps on paths. This may not suit some travellers.

Spacious apartment right by the train station. It was a perfect jumping off point for the Cinque Terre, Florence and Pisa. Cosetta was a helpful and charming host who shared great tips and helped us find parking.

All was perfect in general👍👍👍 Cosetta, the host, is very sweet and kind lady, so kind and helpful. We had a very good communication😊 The view from the apartment is very nice. Walking distance to the train station and buses to Portovenere. Definitely will stay here the next time we visit La Spezia & its surroundings

The location of the apartment was perfect (5min to the train station by walking), Cosetta gave us a lot of very helpful advices and was extremely welcoming and accommodating for the reception of the key. The view on the city was breathtaking

Very good location and host

The apartment has a nice view and is right near the train station and a few minutes walk to the center of La Spezia.The location was perfect for our vacation getting around by train visiting Cinque Terre, Portofino, Genoa and Porto Venere. The host Cosetta was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Nothing really to complain if you know what to expect for a place near the train station where you can sleep and shower while visiting.

Good location with an excellent view.

We spent 4 nights here for a vacation, and I must say everything was excellent. The apartment is big and well equipped. The location is good, just 10 mins walk from the train station. The host was very helpful throughout our stay, gave us useful information and suggestions on what to visit.

Many stairs. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there's no lift but it was not a hindrance to our stay as the view from the apartment is exceptional.
