wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon, große geräumige Schlafräume, ruhiges Viertel, gute Anbindung zu Bahn (10 min) und Nähe zu Supermarkt (5 min), Ausstattung Küche ok, Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage und ist über sehr viele Treppen erreichbar, aber machbar. Ansprechpartner des Vermieters bei Rückfragen immer schnell erreichbar. Entfernungen: Hafen 30-40 min zu Fuß / Strand San Terenzo: 30 min mit dem Bus
Sauberkeit im Bad könnte verbessert werden. Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. Müllentsorgung war nicht möglich (Keycard für öffentlichen Container fehlte). Klimaanlage nur im Flur, nicht in den Zimmern - dadurch nachts sehr warm.

Well equipped house, close to the train station from where you can quickly reach Cinque Terre or surrounding attractions. The view from the balcony is spectacular
Like others said, it's on top of a hill and the appartment is on the 4th floor. Even for perfectly fit persons this can be a bit tiresome, but not a major issue. However for elderly person or for somebody with joint issues this can be a major one, so take this advice.

No puedo decir qué me gustó más, todo excepcional. La calidez de Cosseta y la utilidad y precisión de sus comentarios fantásticos para optimizar la estancia. Las vistas desde el apartamento y la comodidad son una combinación magnífica.

the view was ok
the 100 steps to get to the front door of apartment and 66 inside to get to the 4th Floor. In your advertising of the property it says only some steps.
