Great apartment positioned between the marina and railway station.

This apartment was great for our family of 6. Big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and kitchen. We were able to make our meals after a long day sightseeing with the supermarket round the corner. We didn’t mind the walk to the station approximately 30 minutes.

Mattresses and pillows could have been better.

Loved the harbour close by, location and all the great restaurants. Very clean and spacious rooms.

Very clean. Great location. Easy access either longer walk or bus to train station. So glad we stayed out of Cinque Terre- felt like we had the best of both worlds.

A fantastic apartment for large groups!

We chose this apartment because it was big enough for our three families. We were very comfortable! the location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere and when we decided to bus to the train station instead of walking the bus was easy to find. Gianni was an excellent host who kept in touch with us in WhatsApp throughout our stay. We are very happy guests

The apartment was located in a quiet part of the pier district of La Spezia. Plenty of bars, restaurants, grocery, and sights nearby. The walk to the train station was about 20-25 minutes. A taxi from the station is 13€ and saved my marriage after a long day of walking 😆

The only drawback was the distance from the train station. Alternatively, instead of the train, you can use water taxis or hire a cruise to take you to the towns. Many options. Free parking was all taken. I think some of the cars never move. Paid parking garage is the best alternative for 14€ per day and only a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Exceptional

The appartment is quite comfortable and well equipped. We were two families and the fact that it has two bathrooms was a big plus. There’s a supermarket nearby and it is also close to the city center. The provided pictures are all real. In summary, we had a lovely stay

Great apartment in a great location.

Ideal location and a wonderful apartment. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful, fast to reply and provided any assistance we required about the area, etc... The apartment was spacious, super clean and had all the amenities one needs for either a long or short stay. So close to dozens of great restaurants and shops, to Cinque Terre/Portofino, and a perfect jumping place for Liguria or Tuscany. Ideal. Would return here again and highly recommend.

Les chambres très spacieuses et très agréables. Appréciable qd on est a 4 par chambre, c est top!

Une des deux salles de bain. Petite fuite et odeur d humidité a l intérieur. Serviettes du coup qui sont restées humides.

Dommage !

L’emplacement, proche du centre ville. Le stationnement gratuit . La décoration moderne. 2 chambres sont très spacieuses avec canapé et la 3eme plus petite . La literie est ferme, comme on aime !

Odeur désagréable dans le hall de l’immeuble, jusque dans le couloir de l’appartement. 2 chambres donnent sur une avenue très bruyante et la troisième dans la cour . Il y a deux salles de bain dans l’intitulé de l’appartement ( la raison essentielle à notre choix de location) malheureusement le premier soir une salle de bain à été condamné pour dégâts des eaux ( du à une coupure d’électricité ) . Nous avons du déranger le propriétaire qui n’était pas content qu’on lui téléphone à 23h30 alors qu’on était les pieds dans l’eau . ( c’est plus sa compagne qui hurlait derrière lui au téléphone) . Le lendemain matin , tout est rentré dans l’ordre . La deuxième nuit s’est très bien passée avec les sanitaires. Mr Gianni est très honnête car il m’a bien expliqué que cet incident n’était pas de notre fait . Je l’en remercie ! Néanmoins, mon séjour a été gâché par cet incident car nous ne restions que 2 nuits .
