Le Dimore dei Fiori, Terre Marine

The apartment is well fitted out, with a lovely kitchen, excellent appliances - the washing machine and dishwasher were high spec. The rooms were a good size with plenty of room. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. There was a spare set of towels which we needed. There is air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom which was welcomed. The bathroom is beautiful with a separate walk in shower with a powerful shower. Shower gel was left for us. The windows have well fitting closures but also shutters which were welcomed in the heat. There was sufficient crockery for the 2 of us - glasses, plates, bowls. The position is fantastic in the centre of La Spezia which is a fantastic base for the Cinque Terre by both boat and train. The walk from the train is mainly flat and easy of about 15 mins.

On entering the apartment there was a funny smell, which it turned out was from the bins which hadn't been emptied and left for at least, we guess 24 hours. There were wet towels in the machine. The owners acknowledged the problem but it took over 20 hours before they were removed. We left them on the stairwell as there was rotting food in the bins. We were offered and accepted a part refund for this problem but it should have been addressed within the first two to 4 hours. There were some dishwasher tablets left but no clothes washing tablets - even a couple would have been nice and we are used to that in other apartments. There weren't many cooking implements/pans/etc. The apartment is on the 5th floor and up a LOT of stairs. We knew it was a high floor but the floor number and number of steps up should be included in the description.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und modern ausgestattet. Zudem hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Der einzige Nachteil an der Unterkunft, ist, dass sie im fünften Stock ohne Aufzug liegt und die Treppen auf Dauer doch etwas anstrengend sind.

Es un espacio fabuloso

Queda en un 4 piso sin ascensor , subir y bajar las maletas es bastante complicado

On a aimé, L'emplacement, la propreté du logement et son équipement (machine à laver et sèche-cheveux)

Nous n'avons pas aimé, 4 dosettes de café pas une de plus pour 2 jours et 2 personnes très limite ! Sur les photos de la réservation il y avait un penthouse qui n'était finalement pas dans le logement. Photos mensongères, car nous l'avions pris pour ça au départ.
