The communication was amazing. Clear instructions, very timely. Daniela met us and took us in, explaining how everything worked. Places to see, and eat. There was everything we wanted and needed. And all those little extras, tissues, cooking bits, tea, coffee etc, washing capsule, a home from home.

Estuvimos alojados 4 personas en el apartamento y todo perfecto. El apartamento tiene una cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales, TV, una cocina co todo lo que necesitas: microondas, lavavajillas, menaje de sobra, y lo del detalle del desayuno me pareció excelente, por último el baño es con ducha y mampara y de tamaño perfecto . La ubicación está en el centro y a 15 minutos andando de la estación central de la Spezia. Por último nuestra anfitriona Daniela super amable y nos dió muchas explicaciones para visitar Cinque Terre. Sí volviera por la zona volvería una y mil veces a este alojamiento, totalmente recomendable.

The apartment is renewed specifically for / Airbnb type of tourism/.
For all families with kids I would not recommend it, simply because there is no parking in front of the building. The public parking is 10 min walking, but with kids and baggage is not ok…
