The location was good. Walkable from the station, and near the picturesque San Giorgio Castle with a public lift up to the terrace to see the views over the Gulf of La Spezia. Elisa our host was very welcoming and helpful, and communication with her was good both before and during our stay. There was a power-cut in the town the day we arrived, and wifi was not available, but Elisa was assiduous in finding out and letting us know when it would be fixed. It was useful to have a washing machine and plenty of space for drying clothes. I would recommend La Spezia both as an interesting town with a lovely market, and as a good base for exploring the surrounding areas.
We would have liked to use the little bath for the children, but there was no plug. We would have liked 2 pillows each.

Very helpful owner, she was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. Very generous welcome gift of coffee, tea etc. Wonderful location.

Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στην ιστορική πόλη και είναι πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια από τον σταθμό των τρένων. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη, νιώθεις ασφαλής και βρίσκεις εύκολα πάρκινγκ επι πληρωμη!
Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό. Θα ήταν χρήσιμο ένα στεγνωτήριο για τα ρούχα γιατί για σύντομη διαμονή δεν προλαβαίνουν να στεγνώσουν. Επίσης θα ήταν καλό να υπάρχει πλυντήριο πιάτων. Τέλος, ίσως το check out να ήταν λίγο αργότερα.

mega schönes Appartment mitten im absoluten Zentrum mit vielen Lokalen um die Ecke. Super nette Gastgeberin, die sehr hilfsbereit war bzgl. Auskünfte zu Restaurants etc.
direkt gegenüber ist ein Kindergarten, der pünktlich um 8:00 startet🙃
