The house is clean but the stairs and location isn’t good for parking and tourists
Honest we were not a fan of this place. The inside is extremely nice and clean but is not a good place for Airbnb. The location for parking is bad and it’s over 100 stairs just to get to the gate and then there’s about 40 more to get to the apartment.
We didn’t not like the stairs due to having our baby with us and luggage. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Delightful and beautiful apartment in the heart of La Spezia - easy connections to Cinque Terre
The apartment felt brand new! Everything was beautiful and spacious with lots of natural light! I could easily see myself living there! It's quite centrally located very near the historic heart of the city, but was remarkably quiet at night. There are a lot of stairs to manage, so it's not exactly for the faint of heart, but we had no worries! We could easily walk to the train station to get to the Cinque Terre.
