Overall had a gr8 stay.

2BHK FLAT IN A APPARTMENT. VERY NICELY EQUIPPED WITH ALL REQUIRED FURNITURES. GREAT KITCHEN. Great location as was in main market area. Restaurant, Vegetable market, Bars are very nearby.. Even after below negatives , it was a great stay..

NO lift. Had to walk to 3rd floor. Single Bathroom ( Bath+ Toilet + Wash Basin+ Washing machine) in common area. Both rooms were given A.C. BUT are portable. Like it throws cool air, but behind it throws hot air. So the room temp wont change. May the Pipe kept in cupboard need to be connected to window. Didn't had any idea until show on last day.. 2 km from Railway station , but the walk is through the main market. Enjoyable.

Great place to jump off to visit Cinque Terre.

I loved that it had two separate sleeping spaces, a microwave and washing machine. One of the legs on the bed was broken and the host had it repaired in under 12 hours. The host was very responsive, and recommended three locations where we could safely park our automobile. Great location for food: especially just down the street on the right is an amazing little cheese and meat shop during the day and restaurant during the evening.

It would have been nice to either have a drying rack or an electric dryer. It would also be nice if it had parking closer to the apartment. It was a bit noisy and crowded on the street Friday night, but we felt relatively safe.

Non abbiamo trovato coperta per nostro letto! Eravamo 5 persone, coperte erano due. Il spunge per piatti era vecchia. Dovrebbero mettere sempre una nuova. Le scale per raggiungere l’appartamento più lunga

Дуже зручні апартаменти з двома спальнями. На кухні було все необхідне для приготування їжі. Господар навіть лишив пасту і песто. Були капсули для приготування кави, чай та цукор, олія, сіль, перець. Ми були під час новорічних свят, так була і ялиночка, і гірлянда🍾 Дуже зручно те, що можна було самостійно регулювати температуру повітря в апартаментах. Рекомендую!

Єдине, що спочатку напрягло - це третій поверх без ліфту. Але через декілька днів ми звикли і легко долали ці сходинки😉

Nel centro di La Spezia

La casa si trova al centro di La Spezia, vicino alla stazione e quindi con la possibilità di andare alle Cinque Terre senza problemi. Inoltre, è bella e completa, con tutte le comodità e i servizi utili, compreso il wi-fi. L'host è stato sempre gentile e disponibile! Consigliato!

L'unica pecca non riguarda la struttura in sé, ma il parcheggio, tutto a pagamento e un po' complicato da trovare nei dintorni. Per il resto tutto ok ;)

Soggiorno spettacolare in centro!

Ottimo alloggio in pieno centro. La disponibilità è stata il top. Ci è stato concesso di fare un check-in anticipato così da poter lasciare le nostre cose all'interno in tranquillità e goderci la giornata. Inoltre a disposizione abbiamo anche avuto un ombrellone gentilmente offerto per le giornate al mare e della pasta al pesto. È tutto prontamente scritto all'interno dell'alloggio e se eventualmente non si trova un'indicazione rispondono prontamente. Letti comodi, cucina con diversi utensili e asciugamani preparati all'interno dell'armadio. Stanza fresca grazie all'uso dei condizionatori. Televisione a schermo piatto grande e bello per vedere film in serata.
