Wish We Had Found This Place Earlier — Would Have Loved to Stay Longer

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was very spacious, with a kitchen that opened onto a small terrace, large bathrooms, and everything was spotless clean.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like — I truly enjoyed everything about my stay.

Nice apartment close to the station

Location is perfect, 5 mins from the station La Spezia Migliarina, there are less trains then on La Spezia centrale, but there are enough of them. Also there is large free parking behind the corner, supermarket in 5 mins. Apartment is huge and nice, there is a lot of space, kind of balcony. Excellent communication with owner, everything is fast and clear.

The only thing was cleanliness of the floors, the only option was to use street shoes inside, which is not so comfortable.

Decent accommodation for a short stay

The location is good, close to a hypermarket and a few nice places to have breakfast ( I recomend Atlantic bar). Also, it is within walking distance to the train station, but be mindful of the fact it’s not the main train station, but a small, secondary one, so not all trains stop there. We enjoyed the nice patio outside and the good communication with the host.

The house is very spacious and could be a very nice traditional place with a few more investments in the facilities. Although clean, some of the facilities are dated and could use some refurbishment/ replacement. Also, the rooms are darker than they appear in the photos, with too little light coming in from outside, in our opinion. Finally, there was an issue with the living AC and, in spite of the very good intentions of our host, it couldn’t be fixed during our stay.

Disappointed

It was a big apartment , had tables in different rooms.

The property was pretty run down I’d say, lacking maintenance, floors full of cracks which didn’t make us feel comfortable , light plugs completely obsolete and not too clean.

Everything in the house is perfect. Especially, there are many heaters in each room. Location and parking lot is very convenient. There are many warm blanket.

It's unfamiliar to ignite the gas oven. It's a little dangerous to some people like us.

Comfortable home 🏡 - Train to Cinque Terra

Chiara was an outstanding host, responsive and hospitable. Our family enjoyed our stay in her comfortable and homely 2 bedroom house. The local neighbourhood was safe and close by to supermarkets, groceries, cafes, and most importantly walking distance to the train station - the train took us straight to Cinque Terre. There was a large free carpark just a stone throw walk away for those who drive. When we think about La Spezia, we remember La Casa dei Fiori and Chiara’s hospitality. Thank you, Chiara.

A large apartment in a quite neighborhood of La Spezia close to a train station and a large supermarket. You can easily visit Cinque Terre. The host is very friendly and helpful. she lives nearby. two bathrooms, a kitchen, a terras and two large bedrooms. perfect location when you want to visit cinque with your family.

The local station only offers machines and it is not easy to find out how to book tickets to cinque terre. you need to make a stop in La Spezia Centrale. You better prepare your visits. Travel by car is not an option. No parking spaces in Cinque Terre.

Exceptional

We had a good time! The apartment is very spacious ( 2 big bedrooms and big living room, separate kitchen) and well equipped ( hair dryer , iron incl ironing board, coffee machine, air conditioning) . All the local information are provided on a board - which bus/ train to take , how to get to the center . Uncomplicated and comfortable stay. Great for families !

The property was clean and well situated well equipped and big. with the train station 5 minutes away by foot. The host was very helpful and was available if we needed her.

There was minimum amenities the end of a toilet roll little coffee no salt oil vinegar, a little bit of washing up liquid we needed to stick up the next morning

-La metratura dell'appartamento è molto generosa ed è vicino al supermercato e, a piedi, alla stazione dei treni. - Disponibilità dell' host a fornire alcune cose che ci eravamo dimenticati, come due ombrelli da pioggia. - Host reattivo e cortese.

- premetto di aver soggiornato solo due notti.Non viene fornito alcun tipo di "accessorio alimentare" (olio, sale, aceto, acqua da bere) ma solo 4 capsule di caffè...la spiegazione è che le legge sull'haccp non lo prevede per questa tipologia di struttura turistica..ma, ammetto,che è la prima volta che non si trova nulla per condire una insalata.. quindi se prevedete di cucinare, portate con voi quanto occorre o lo comprate anche se rimanete poco come noi. -Vi è un forte stantio di umidità nelle stanze perché molto datata anche se arredata in modo originale. -Wifi che funziona ogni tanto. - In uno dei due bagni non vi era il cestino dei rifiuti particolari nonostante vi fosse, giustamente, l'avviso di non gettare nulla nel wc.

- Le logement est spacieux et peut accueillir facilement une famille - bien situé - idéal pour une etape au 5 terres - idéalement situé pour se rendre aux 5 terres en train - parking privé disponible avec léger suppléments - les moustiquaires sur les fenetres - chiara est disponible, charmante et de bon conseil

constat général pour la ville de la spezzia. - les italiens sur la route sont particulier mais c est valable dans tout le pays. - les cigarettes partout au sol et en terrasse dans la ville en plus de nombreuse crotte de chien. Contrairement aux villages, ce n est pas une ville très propre malheureusement.

Séjour moyennement apprécié dû au manque de propreté

Appartement spacieux pour 6 personnes, authentique avec une décoration en adéquation avec les 5 terres. Bien situé avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Bien équipé dans l’ensemble.

Appartement authentique mais qui manque néanmoins de propreté (sol mal nettoyé , odeur d’humidité, poussière et taches d’humidité portes de placards de la chambre principale, hotte de cuisine pas nettoyée régulièrement ) À ce prix on s’attend à un minimum en terme de propreté.
