Clear communication through booking.com. Great response time. Extremely thorough guide on the accommodation and possible upcoming questions. It answered almost all of our questions.
Roller shade does not work in the living room. Bathtub is clogged. The big TV in the living room looses the signal of connected computer after a while, independently from frequency.

Direi che è andata oltre le aspettative, la proprietaria persona veramente gentile e disponibile, casa meravigliosa, ottima dislocazione. Sicuramente lo consiglio.

Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Mit drei Klimaanlagen immer eine angenehme Temperatur.
Der Fußboden muss an einigen Stellen geklebt werden. Der Backofen ist sehr schmutzig und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Der Wasserfilter zeigte immer 0 an. Keine Erwähnung, dass die Wohnung im 3. Stock ist. Parkplatz könnte man auch im Hinterhof möglich machen, da das parken nicht immer einfach war. Hoher Straßen Verkehr bis zu den Parkplätzen. Im Bad sollte ein neuer Ventilator angeschafft werden, da sich der Raum schnell aufgeheizt hat.
