Worth to book it

Very good owners, understand the situation and communicate well. We received a special greeting for New Year's Eve - grateful for that. We found parking nearby on the small street. Liked.

Sockets with the Italian standard were predominant. Difficult to connect your appliances to a European standard without three plugs. Otherwise fine.

Very hospitable

Very clean and comfortable, great bathroom and rooms very well decorated. Beds clean and comfortable and appreciated the sparkling wine. Liked the water in the fridge and dish washer.

The amount of stairs were difficult to climb with luggage. The Netflix didn't work and couldn't understand why it wasn't available in the main living area. Main door to apartment was difficult to open.

Superb

Host and property was excellent. There is a bus stop just in front of the apartment for those want to use public transportation. La Spezia central railway station is 4km away but Migliarina is 10 min by walk. You can get trains to CT from here but frequency is less.

One star was removed as no lift (3rd floor) and you have to use free parking on the road 100mt away.

Great accommodation and a very supportive host

The host was very helpful in providing a lot of details not just about the apartment, but also local sightseeing and helped with a number of our questions. The apartment itself is very well done up- TV in every room , very clean and high quality lingerie, a great bathroom (appears exactly as in the pics), a very well stocked kitchen with all appliances, and consumables like dishwasher tablets, iron with stand, washing powder etc. Would really recommend this apartment for a stay,

Somethings to consider if you have limited mobility- the apartment is located on a very busy street, with no possibility to stop your car right in front; and is located in third floor of a building without an elevator. Didnt bother us, but if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues, the apartment is not suitable.

Exceptional

The flat was very clean, modern, well furnished, and recently renovated with a good view and plenty of air-conditioning. The owner was very helpful and provided what we thought was missing. The bus station was just 5 meters away and the buses were frequent, with about 15-20 min ride to the central station. We enjoyed our time there!

El apartamento es de 10 sobre 10. No falta nada y hay mucha cosa en la cocina que se agradece tener. Todo perfecto

Que no asuste la ubicación, en realidad, al otro lado del río hay un montón de sitios donde aparcar, hay farmacia, supermercato y un par de bonitos bares a poca distancia.

Ce que j'ai aimé : l'appartement complet, la localisation proche du port, le parking gratuit, tout est nickel 👍 la personne qui gère l'appartement est très présente si nous avons besoin de quelque chose, nous a donné plein de trucs à faire durant notre séjour je recommande+++ les chiens sont acceptés également !

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Gestaltung der Zimmer, das Bad war sehr schön, 2 Balkone, grosse Decken, die Wohnung roch gut und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Tipps für die Ausflüge von der Vermieterin war sehr hilfreich!

In der Küche fehlten einige Geräte...

Excelente

Apartamento muito moderno e bem decorado. Boas áreas. Localizado a cerca de 10-15 minutos da estação de comboios. Anfitriã muito simpática e prestável. Teve o cuidado de redigir e enviar um documento com todas as informações necessárias e com sugestões para visitas a vários locais e sobre como chegar à estação a pé, o que nos foi muito útil.

Gostámos de tudo. Os únicos reparos: o prédio não tem elevador e é num 3o andar e o ar condicionado tem que ser controlado pela anfitriã (não tivemos acesso aos comandos).

Sehr schöne Wohnung, nur leider etwas laut

Schöne Wohnung, großzügiges Wohnzimmer, moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung (Wohnung gur saniert). Tolles Bad mit gemütlicher Wanne und (separat) Regendusche. Gute Anbindung, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Relativ zentrumsnah. Vom Vermieter eine ausführliche und gut recherchierte Infobroschüre als pdf bekommen.

Die Schlafzimmer gehen zur (belebten) Straße und sind sehr laut. Balkone sehr klein. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG ohne Aufzug. Das Treppenhaus ist alt und braucht eine Sanierung.

Cozy and perfect !

Apartament frumos amenajat, curat, paturi confortabile, cu toate cele necesare inclusiv capsule de cafea suficiente. Locatia buna si linistita. Parcare gratuita, masinile au stat in siguranta la 100m de apartament. Comunicarea cu gazda excelenta. Revomand cu incredere.

Totul a fost perfect ! Recomand aceasta cazare minunata.

Geweldig appartement voor een goede prijs

Groot appartement met een fijne badkamer , fijne bedden en mooie keuken!

Helaas geen lift aanwezig en de parkeerplaats is een stukje lopen. Wij moesten veel tassen meenemen waardoor dat het enige minpunt is aan het hele appartement.
