Convenient to Cinque terre

No breakfast limited places to go nearby and limited shops open nearby come with provisions. Fans in all rooms. Location good with terrace. Close to Cinque terre

Terrace was nice but no outside lights worked. We were told there was a shop nearby when we arrived we went ther and it was shut. A couple of bars restaurants nearby would have been nice to have a few more without getting in car. Close to Cinque Terre but next time I would stay in one of towns on train route

During the off season in Cunque Terre this place is an exceptional deal and wonderful place to stay

It was exceptionally comfortable and clean and great value with a beautiful view. I would happily recommend it.

The paint is pealing a our the shower head and it was difficult to use the gym with out paperwork which was not specified prior to arrival

Best place to stay in Porto venere

Location, facility and staff; Everything was top notch !!! Parking lot is right there in front of the apartment , so super convenient in and out. We will be back !!!

Lovely apartment inside Marina del Fezzano

Awesome apartment inside the Fezzano Marina. It seems like this is the only apartment to rent inside the Marina so you'll be alone without other guests, however the Marina is pretty busy throughout the day and there is a lively restaurant on the first floor. We rented a motorboat for a day (no license required) and it was so much fun. Will definitely stay there again when visiting the area. Plenty of parking at the marina.

I had a hard time finding the place until I realized it's inside "Marina del Fezzano". There is a gate and you need to ask security to let you in. After checking in, you get a code to drive in and out. Probably need a car to stay there.

Beautiful location and good parking.

No meal option with room

The air conditioning was mostly NOT working. Despite several attempts to fix, the units would not work consistently. It was very hot during our stay and the staff tried to get it fixed. They provided a fan for the last nights stay.

Beautiful location and apartment but expensive and missing in some details.

Loved the location. The apartment is in a secluded Marina and beautifully presented. I also loved the friendliness of the support office which was opened during office hours.

There were no instructions or welcoming information e.g. where can you catch the ferrys; how much to get a taxi into town; where can we wash our clothes (no washing machine in the apartment). There was no ironing board or iron. GIven the very high price paid for this apartment (over 300 euros a night) you would expect the above to have been addressed. It was also noisy on the first night as they had a party at the Marina.

We loved our balcony with view over the harbour. The sauna was a great plus! The apartment was nice and modern. We would surely come back when visiting the region. Cinque Terre is so beautiful.

The kitchen was very pretty but not so practical. The basics were missing: potato peeler, bread knife, cutting board,…

Bellissimo!!

L'appartamento Platessa è molto grande, con una luminosa zona living, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni (di cui uno con sauna) e un terrazzo vista mare. È dotato di tutti i comfort e arredato con stile. Il parcheggio è esattamente di fronte alla struttura e gratuito. Accanto all'appartamento si trova un piccolo ristorante dove potersi godere un buon pasto di pesce (e non solo). Giorgia ci ha accolti col sorriso, sempre gentile e disponibile. Posizione strategica per visitare il sito UNESCO delle Cinque Terre e di Portovenere

Purtroppo la sauna che speravamo di utilizzare non era funzionante. All'appartamento si arriva tramite due rampe di scale, e ciò non lo rende accessibile a tutti.

Un très bel appartement au coeur d'une marina

L'appartement est dans une marina, il est grand et très bien décoré, avec un canapé et des fauteuils hyper confortables. Par temps de pluie on a de la place pour faire des jeux de sociétés ou lire au chaud; par beau temps on peut profiter de la terrasse avec vue sur le port de la marina. Il y a plusieurs restaurants au pied de l'appartement ou à 2 minutes à pied et la jeune femme qui gère l'appartement est très disponible et très gentille. Le nettoyage tous les 3 jours est gratuit et l'appartement est bien fourni (gratuitement aussi) en dosettes de café, papier toilette, sacs poubelles et doses pour le lave vaisselle ce qui est bien pratique quand les magasins sont fermés le dimanche.

Bien que localisé à Porto Venere, l'appartement est en fait dans un hameau entre La Spezia et le cœur de Porto Venere. Il faut faire 15 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre la partie de Porto Venere où se trouvent une belle plage de cailloux (parfaite pour les enfants) ou le vieux château ou le port d'où partent les bateaux pour les Cinque Terre. Surtout, à cause des nombreux bâtiments de la Marine militaire (La Spezia est le plus grand port militaire d'Italie) on ne peut pas faire grand chose à pied au départ de la Marina ou en tous les cas nous n'avons pas trouvé comment mais avons quand même passé de très belles vacances !

Tolles und geräumiges Apartment im Hafen, ganz in der Nähe von La Spezia. Zu viert hatten wir viel Platz. Alles supermodern und sauber. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen war genial. Badezimmer topmodern, sogar mit Sauna. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Wenige Geschäfte bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist schon praktisch.

Opção acolhedora próximo a Cinque Terres

Apartamento espaçoso, bem decorado, confortável. Quartos e banheiros amplos. Cama confortável. A pessoa da recepção nos esperou ate mais tarde que o previsto, o que nos ajudou muito porque os trens de cinque terres estavam atrasando. O apartamento tem uma varanda muito agradável com vista para Marina. Uma delicia. Ele é bem localizado para quem está de carro e circulando pela região.

Não conseguimos fazer a sauna funcionar, nem a coifa quando fizemos um jantar. Poderia ter papel toalha ou panos de prato na cozinha. Mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia. Nos arrependemos de não termos ficado uma noite a mais.

Soggiorno quasi perfetto a Fezzano

Pulitissimo, arredato alla perfezione, moderno e completo di tutto, posizione perfetta per visitare Portovenere e dintorni.

Non è accettabile che in una struttura top del genere non funzioni l’aria condizionata. Ci sono stati forniti 3 ventilatori ma di notte si moriva di caldo.

Ruim, schoon, mooi ingericht en voorzien van dakterras met uitzicht over de haven. Twee badkamers fijn met 4 personen. Afgesloten ruime parkeerplaats ook fijn.

Airco werkte niet optimaal. Vandaar waarschijnlijk de aanwezigheid van waaiers op standaard in de slaapkamers

L’appartamento è piaciuto moltissimo lo abbiamo trovato pulito e con tutti i confort

Peccato per il problema all’impianto di climatizzazione che ha creato un po’ di disagio ma per fortuna siamo a giugno e non ha fatto particolarmente caldo

Es hat uns gefallen.

Die Lage am Yachthafen, der Parkplatz , die Wohnung und der Balkon , der super zum Frühstücken und zum Ausklingen des Abends ist.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert , deswegen war es zum Schlafen zu heiß in den Räumen.
