Appartement très joli, bien situé et très bien équipé. Proche du centre, de la gare ferroviaire et maritime. Proche des 5 terres, de Viareggio et de Pise. La Spezia est une grande ville propre, animée jour et nuit.
Appartement au dernier étage sans ascenseur (double étage !). Ne pas avoir de beaucoup de bagages.
Stationnement compliqué dans les rues adjacentes et payant.
Attention, il y a une marche au milieu de la salle de bain pour accéder au wc et à la douche.

L'appartement est situé à 5mn à pied de la rue piétonne principale
C'est idéal pour les boutiques, restaurants etc
Il est également à 10 mn à pieds de la station de trains pour visiter les 5 terres et à 10 mn à pieds du port pour prendre un bateau pour les 5 terres
L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé
L'hôte a été très disponible et a répondu très rapidement
Attention si vous êtes âgés, handicapés ou avec des enfants en bas âge
L'appartement est au 4 étage sans ascenseur

Śliczne, czyściutkie mieszkanko, w pełni wyposażone. 4 piętro, budynek bez windy, więc wózek dziecięcy może być kłopotem. Bardzo blisko centrum, sklepów, restauracji, targu i portu. Blisko do dworca kolejowego. Polecam.
