Ottimo appartamento, ben organizzato, moderno e pulito. La gentilezza di Eshel che ci ha consentito il late check out, risolvendoci alcuni problemi. Consigliato.

L emplacement à proximité de la gare et de toutes commodités. Propre et très fonctionnel. Appartement très bien équipé (rien ne manque). Calme. Instruction pour accéder à l appartement simple via une boîte à clef. Superbe appartement à recommander 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Rien à dire Sauf : Situé au 5eme étage sans ascenseur - aucun souci pour nous mais si enfant ou personne âgée cela fait haut à monter plusieurs fois par jour.

So relaxing and beautiful. So it was early self check-in. Fast WiFi. Comfortable bed. Hidden gem called Holly House. Highly recommended ! Thank you so much for the hospitality

Appartement très joli, bien situé et très bien équipé. Proche du centre, de la gare ferroviaire et maritime. Proche des 5 terres, de Viareggio et de Pise. La Spezia est une grande ville propre, animée jour et nuit.
Appartement au dernier étage sans ascenseur (double étage !). Ne pas avoir de beaucoup de bagages. Stationnement compliqué dans les rues adjacentes et payant. Attention, il y a une marche au milieu de la salle de bain pour accéder au wc et à la douche.
