Excellent, clean and spacious family apartmemt

Great communication with owner as we were not sure when we were to arrive but were given clear instructions for.access. the apartment was very spacious for 2 families. It was very clean and comfortable. It was also located a short drive from La Spezia centre but served as a perfect base to drive to Manorola for the evening.

The living / dining / kitchen area was the only lounging space with a small 2 seater sofa. Bit too small for the number of people and size of the rest of the apartmemt. However, we were not there long and the size of the rest of the rooms more than made up for this. Car parking is on the street so you have to find and pay for a space in the zone of the apartment. Was harder to find a close space later at night.

Le logement est situé dans une rue sale et bruyante un peu loin du centre. L immeuble est vieillot et mal entretenu. Il n y a pas de salon mais juste un canapé dans la cuisine. Les lits ne sont pas confortables. J ai fait part d un problème de fonctionnement de climatisation dans une chambre qui malgré ma demande n a jamais été réparé. Dormir deux nuits fenêtre ouverte quand il fait très chaud et dans un endroit insonorisé reste très désagréable ! Seul point positif, le bon accueil reservé au café d en bas pour le petit déjeuner.

espacioso varias habitaciones y grandes, dos baños. una buena opción para alojarse y desde ahí moverse a cinque terre

No sabría que decir, todo bien en general. Quizás podría decir que el anfitrión no ofrece nada, como en otros lugares que te esperan con un regalito como agua y algo pequeño para comer, pero la verdad es un detalle.
