A decent choice for those who want a shelter for their visit to Cinque Terre

Spacious place, well equipped and washing machine and dryer very helpful

Location is far from everything (except the mall), you need car to reach center and train station

Perfect for us!

Modern, Spacious, clean, well equipped. Although a car would be helpful the No. 3 bus to the train station is a 6 minute away. We are walkers and hikers so even walking the 1.6 mi to the train station was not a problem. There is a large shopping mall with a large grocery store close by. Close to the port and parks. Great location for visiting Cinque Terre. Manuela was very accommodating.

Clean and well-equipped Apartment walking-distance to the city center

It was equipped with everything and more! We felt very comfortable and liked that we can park right in front. Manuela was a wonderful host. If you go to Cinque Terre, I would recommend walking over to Via Victorio Venetto (in front of the hospital) to catch a taxi to La Spezia Centrale train station. Just leave your car at the apartment for a stress free day.

Assolutamente da consigliare a chi desidera trascorre una vacanza a La Spezia e dintorni.

Nell'appartamento ho trovato tutto l'occorrente per la colazione: dolce, salato, caffè, the, zucchero; oltre a stoviglie, prodotti da bagno, varie per il soggiorno. Parcheggio comodissimo. Cura e pulizia dell'appartamento. Disponibilità della sig.ra Manuela sempre raggiungibile al telefono e sempre attenta alle nostre richieste. Tornerò volentieri!

Vraiment super

C'est grand et propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en termes d'équipements. Le port est a 10min a pied, il y a le centre commercial a 5min a pied et le lidl a 2min en voiture. La gare pour faire toutes les villes proches est accessible en bus très facilement. Nous avons été parfaitement accueilli !

Le quartier n'est pas le plus beau ni le plus propre, mais il reste calme pour une grande ville.

L'emplacement était très bien par rapport au centre ville (animations, restau, gare trains...) Appartement parfaitement équipé Hôte, Manuela, à l'écoute disponible et de bons conseils

A réserver sans retenue !

Manuela nous a accueillis avec chaleur et amabilité. Beaucoup de détails donnés pour nos projets de circuits au Cinque Terre. Logement très bien équipé. Bonne clim. Parking à côté. Cuisine, frigo, machine à laver, ustensiles de cuisine impeccables. Très bonne literie. Grands placards et chambre très spacieuse. Immeuble sécurisé. Logement en rez-de-chaussée. Calme pour la nuit.

Situation un peu éloignée du port pour un départ aux Cinque Terre et marche à pied + bus de ville obligatoire. Condition pour être tranquille loin du centre.
