Good location to good restaurants and about a 20 minute walk to the train station.

Property clean and functional. Supermarket right across the road, many cafes and shops nearby.

Long way from restaurants and train station. Ensuite in main bedroom very pokey, very difficult for my elderly parents to use.

Very spacious, 3 bedroom apartment. The owner was a great help advising on bus times and where to eat in both La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Very responsive on WhatsApp. La Spezia is a lovely town with easy access to Cinque Terre. Bus stop to train station only 50m from apartment door👍 Even managed to spot a couple of celebrities!!!

The apt was really great. It has everything you would need. The location is near to the port and to The center. We felt like home and also in holiday.

Very pleased

The location wasn't the best but still good, near the port and the bus stop. The house was pretty clean and well-equipped. There were many beds/sofa beds both double and single. The host was very kind and helpful too, he replied to messages quite fast and let us do checkin early because we arrived earlier.

The door was a bit difficult to open at first, it took us a while to figure out

the flat building is noise sensitive, didn’t bother is at all but we found ourselves whispering to not disturb anybody.

Pleasant

It was nice and spacious. It had 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen. There was plenty of tourist informations available.

One double bed was used and worn out and already much narrower in the middle. It was impossible for two adults to sleep in the bed, because they kept "sliding" into the middle. One room was right next to the elevator and the staircase and you can gear everything through the wall. On a weekday you constantly hear people leaving for work and the leveator running, it was very loud and after 7am sleeping was not an option anymore. Also you can gear the upstairs neighbors through the ceiling very loudly.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole! La struttura è accogliente e spaziosa. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha dato consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare.

A due passi dalle 5 terre e non solo

Alloggio molto accogliente . Eravamo in totale 8 persone e siamo stati tutti molto comodi. Ho dormito nella stanza con il bagno e il letto molto comodo. Zona tranquilla e vicina al centro . In meno di mezz'ora sei alla stazione dei treni.

Sarebbe stato carino trovare anche l'olio e il caffè. I miei ragazzi hanno dormito nel divano letto ed è risultato non troppo comodo.

Appartement Très bien placé au cœur de La Spezia avec toutes les commodités. Très bien équipé, les 2 salles de bains sont appréciables à 8! Seul bémol, Le canapé du salon qui n’est pas très confortable pour des adultes ou adolescents.

Appartamento favoloso, lo consiglio. Eravamo in sette più un neonato , siamo stati bene , ottima accoglienza, pulizia , ambiente riscaldato e confortevole. Si trova in una posizione molto comoda, devo dire che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Complimenti.

Bella vacanza con amici e bimbi

La casa è grande, ci siamo stati in nove (4 adulti e 5 bambini) senza problemi. Molto silenzioso. A pochi minuti a piedi di metri ci sono bar, panettiere, supermercato, fermata dell'autobus, parcheggi (un po' bianche e un po' blu). Proprietario disponibile e gentile.
