DONT STAY HERE

Nothing actually

I hate the fact that it was so cold inside like it was snowing even though we opened each so 4 air conditioning. It was so cold we left sick. In the description it was written that there is a hair dryer and an oven. So, the hair dryer is from 80’s and does nothing after 2 hours of using. And the oven? There is no oven. There is only small microwave and that’s it. We all so laughed at the written things everywhere. For example “Please use only capsules on the dishwasher” It was so funny to us that there were instructions like we are 4 years old. Other instructions were about the keys that we need to put keys on the top so children would not reach them??? And the other ones were like don’t touch, don’t touch and don’t touch 🤣 Anyhow, worst part was we were so cold, everything was old furniture including washing machine and dishwasher and, things in the kitchen, beds, all bed linens, all the air conditioners that is not working at least a bit. ALSO owner came without any warnings JUST TO TAKE the 3rd person’s payment even though we would have left the money on the counter for him to take TOMORROW. I think he couldn’t wait 🤣 Don’t forget to check out at 10 because it was written 10 times in 10 languages AND owner will write a message to you to leave at 10 maybe 50 times 😂

Great stay

Big and clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Close to shops and coffee shops. Fully equipped kitchen, although I wasn't a big fan of the induction cooker. Really liked the fact that in order to gain access to property, we didn't need a physical key, and we received clear instructions on how to access it. The smart TV in the living room with working YouTube and Netflix was a great bonus !

Be aware that street parking is available (for a fee ). The good thing is that you can use the EasyPark app to pay online for the parking. This will save you a trip to the machine. Online check-in process was tedious. Especially the part where we have to take a selfie for each of the people who was checking in. This can be tricky as not always , all people in the group live in the same house / area, etc . A recommendation would be to add the option of uploading a picture of the person rather than having to take a live selfie.

It was amazing, I would probably live here

The apartment was very spacious and very beautiful, lots of room for everyone to have their own personal space. It was very clean and lots of towels were provided. The air conditioning functions very well, we were even cold at times. The beds were very comfortable. It was very close to the city. The place felt classic and had character without feeling old and dirty.

The hot water in the shower was fluctuating. In the beginning it’s hot and suddenly it’s cold. Also even when put to the hottest setting it was lukewarm at best

Comfortable stay

Large, comfortable apartment in a convenient location close to everything. Great place from which to visit Cinque Terre and Lucca. Friendly and very helpful staff to welcome us. It was good to have the lift as it is on the 3rd floor. We parked at Europa Piazza Car Park for a reasonable price, however there was street parking available.

good value for money but electricity capacity can be improved

the apartment is nicely decorated and enough space for everyone, facility is complete and the staff communication is very quick and responsive.

small and outdated elevator, also eventhough there were airco in almost every room the electrical capacity were not enough and we had to engage the fuse a couple of times when it was out.

traditional italian apartment. High ceilings, airy, comfortable, three small balconies. Location was great for us- supermarket less than a minute away!

Maybe an extra sofa in the sitting room would have been nice for 4 but it really didn't spoil anything

Bellissima casa c'era il centro vicino anche il mercato è l'unico problema è che la settimana del mio soggiorno c'era un vazamento di acque nel piano di sopra, c'era un casino dalle 7:00 di mattina a mezzanotte di sera.

Erholsamer, sehr empfehlenswerter Rückzugsort

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten. Immer frische Wäsche zur Verfügung. Nähe von Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge und Bahnhof. Lebensmittelgeschäfte gleich um die Ecke. Sehr schnelles schriftliches Beantworten der Fragen. Ein toller Rückzugsort um Cinque Terre und die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen.

Sehr viele Informationen, zum Teil doppelt, über die App. Ich hätte einen einmaligen persönlichen Kontakt geschätzt. Lärmig, was aber für eine Stadtwohnung normal ist. Warmes Wasser nicht stabil beim Duschen.

Хубав апартамент за 4 души. Много близо до единствения почти сигурен подземен платен паркинг с камери. На пешеходно разстояние от улицата със заведенията. На 30 мин. от гарата.

Собственика прекалява със съобщенията по повод на всякаква информация(поискана или не). През фалшив профил се опитаха да ме измамят да платя резервацията. Внимавайте много на кого каква информация предоставяте.

Struttura vicinissima al centro, stazione raggiungibile a piedi attraversando il centro quindi con una piacevole passeggiata. Appartamento spazioso e molto pulito. Proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile.

Esternamente l'edificio andrebbe ristrutturato ma basta entrare nell'appartamento che ti dimentichi di tutto il resto
