    Beautiful location, lovely hotel with friendly staff. Large , spotless room, only downside was the view of the bin area.

    Lovely setting and clean. The room (403) is large and large bathroom. We had issues with the bathroom: unable to turn off underfloor heating, handles falling off the taps, bath tub not draining etc. When we rang to ask for assistance to the excessively hot bathroom reception admitted they don't know and left us to find a solution. When we checked out we reiterated the list of issues and specifically asked for someone to ring us - to date no one has bothered. While we can forgive issues that may arise - it is inexcusable for a follow up especially when it was requested.

    Excellent stay that ticked all the boxes. The rooms are spacious, modern & very comfortable. Staff are very nice and always helpful. Very good breakfast and had a nice meal in the bar. The grounds are beautiful and nice to walk around the golf course. Will definitely return.
