A good place if you are in town for football, but needs maintenance

The flat is nice and spacious, part of a 1970s building complex which is quiet and well maintained. It is really just a short walk from San Siro stadium, so it's perfect if you are visiting for football even if the game is late in the evening. The balcony/terrace is fabulous. You can get everything you need at the large Esselunga supermarket across the street.

The place has a grandma's house feel, and the ostentatious decor is quite something, but mostly impractical. I'm sorry to say this, but the general impression is that the owners want to maximize profit and minimize investment. The equipment is basic and the flat badly needs lots of maintenance work. Many things do not work, fall off, etc. In the bath tub, you can't regulate temperature and need a tool to open the drain. No towel handles, toilet paper keeps falling off, and the toilet flush is the most inefficient and archaic device I have seen. Very few plates, glasses, and kitchen utensils, it is hard to serve dinner for a family of 4 (especially since the owners do not provide washing machine tabs). You are in Italy but can't have a coffee because there is none, and no machine to make it, not even a moka. Unless you are in Milan for the stadium, the flat is not well located, takes 40 minutes to get to the center with public transport, and a taxi will cost you around 30 euros. On top of all this, the welcome message you get is a list of penalties for breaking house rules, and you feel like your hosts see all guests as potential thieves and criminals.

The appartment location, size etc is very good whereas the equipment needs work

Our host made it very easy to get to the building and the right appartment number and how to get the key for the appartment - this was very good communication.

The entire appartment needs to be refreshed in respect to furniture - beds are overaged and not good or comfartable - plus the kitchen furniture are overaged and need to be refreshed as well as the bathroom shower is not very modern and good - it was very difficult to adjust the correct temperature with the given armatures.

Great apartment value for money

The host is awesome - very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. The instructions to get to the apartment were extremely clear, the apartment was very nice for the price, and the neighbourhood was really quite and safe. There's a cafe/bar right next to the building and a supermarket across the street.

Nothing really, it was all ok. The doors to the balcony don't have mosquito nets and we had a few in the house.

Would I return? Most certainly, the 'negatives' were quite endearing and the positives made the day!

The breakfast was superb (self catering!!!), excellent supermarket within three minute walk that had everything and more - fresh produce absolutely outstanding - superb selection of excellent wine, just sublime! The apartment is located in a secure gated complex, is very well appointed and really a relaxing place to stay with some really delightful furnishings and features - but....

The very spacious and well appointed apartment was 'tired' [however the beds were extremely clean and very comfortable]. The kitchen, although very very well equipped was from the 1970's and really does need attention, similarly the bathroom, again cupboard doors sagging, and a malevolent shower!

Large spacious apartment, comfy beds. Quiet residential area. Owner is quickly to respond. Internet worked well. Good price/quality ratio.

Some amenities were broken, loose door handle, there was an issue with the shower. The owner did offer to come fix it but we did not have time to spend on that and wait for him to come. Also, the apartment is a bit far from subway station (20 min moderate walk) so it adds up once you are trying to get into the center of the city but we were aware about it given it is reflected in the price (lower compared to the hotels in the center). There are 2 subway stations around and different buses that you can take to get there (bus comes about every 15 mins and will get you to the subway station in 5 mins).

Travelled to Milan for work. The host was very friendly and flexible for the check-in and out (left coffee, fruit and soap for us which was nice). The apartment was spacious and quite well equipped. Nice terrace. Shops (supermarket, pannetteria etc) in the same street

There was no microwave. If we had more than 2 showers in a row, water flowed into the corridor.

всичко беше супер в квартирата , локацията беше много и близка до стадион Сан Сиро.Квартирата е много просторна и хубава за по голяма група хора.Терасата е уникална

Не ни хареса това че водата в тоалетната не спираше да тече, комшийката дойде да се оплаче от това в 7 сутринта но ние нямаше какво да направим , а и няма достатъчно чаши за 5 човека всичко друго иначе е добре. За съжаление понеделник ми откраднаха телефона, личната карта и банковата карта на улицата . Откраднаха ми ги от джоба след което се наложи да ходя до Българското посолство.

Die Lage war super und in der Nähe des Stadions San Siro. Der Austausch mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut funktioniert und Sie waren immer gleich erreichbar.

Als goodies hätte ich mir wasserflaschen gewünscht. Da man das wasser nicht wirklich trinken kann aus dem Wasserhahn. Die Elektrik könnte man verbesser. Einige Steckdosen funktionieren nicht. Aber das sind nur kleinigkeiten.

Beaucoup charme et quelques points à améliorer (rien de rédhibitoire)

Entrée, couloir et salon plein de charme avec son marbre veiné d'antan au sol, Grand appartement avec une belle terrasse donnant sur l'arrière, ce qui contribue à amoindrir les bruits provenant de la rue. Appartement calme malgré l'âge de l'immeuble. beaucoup de facilités à proximité : supermarché et boulangerie juste en face; stations de métro à 15 minutes à pied. Propriétaires bien veillant et disponibles. Appartement très propre.

Le sommier du grand lit devrait être changé (bruyant). Les meubles dans la cuisine et la salle de bain mériteraient un petit rafraichissement.
