Die Größe der Wohnung ist ein echter Pluspunkt. Besonders die Aufteilung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern ist sehr praktisch für Familien oder Gruppen.
Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut und auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber durch die nahegelegene Metro ist man gut angebunden und kommt problemlos ins Zentrum.
Die Einrichtung wirkt insgesamt sehr schlicht und funktional – es fehlt an Gemütlichkeit und Liebe zum Detail. Man hat eher das Gefühl, dass nur das Nötigste bereitgestellt wurde.
Die Wohnung zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren: Wände mit vielen Macken, Möbel und Sofa sind sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wäre eine Renovierung dringend nötig.
Auch die Küchenausstattung war enttäuschend: zerkratzte Töpfe, schlecht gespülte Gläser sowie insgesamt eher günstiges und lieblos zusammengestelltes Geschirr und Besteck.
Besonders negativ ist aufgefallen, dass die Regendusche nicht funktioniert – ein Problem, das bereits in früheren Bewertungen erwähnt wurde und offenbar nicht behoben wurde.
Für den Preis hätten wir insgesamt mehr Qualität und Sorgfalt erwartet.

The host met us at the gate and let us in showed us around and left us with the exact instructions how to handle when we leave. Excellent location close to two subway stations and the city center is nearby with the metro. We enjoyed the apartment very much its spacy and has everything we needed for a week.

La struttura è nuova, pulita e comoda. Il posto silenzioso e perfetto per raggiungere San Siro
letti sono vecchiotti e cigolano e l’aria condizionata della camera con il bagno incluso non funziona bene

La posizione era ottima per le nostre esigenze nel soggiorno, il complesso residenziale molto tranquillo e silezioso (note positive)
Purtroppo unica grande pecca la pulizia.
Fortunatamente eravamo provvisti di asciugamani personali, la biancheria non era ben igenizzata e pulita.
Idem le camere.
