Hope to be able to stay again next year!

A really nice appartment in a quiet tree filled neighbourhood. Very close to the Metro, and very well managed.

Just one small issue. The shower head in the main bathroom was loose and slightly difficult to keep in the correct position.

It was good accommodation, well located with easy parking and great access to public transport

Accommodation was able to accommodate a family of 6 adults, parking is relatively straight forward. Lift access was handy. Access to Milan Metro was fantastic with location handy for attending Milan locations and events

Accommodation was good only comments would be that 3rd bedroom was a little small and double b ed is more like a 1 and a half size single bed, bathroom in that room consists of only a shower and the water pressure was very very weak.

Reasonable and comfortable apartment a short tube away from the city

The apartment itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our trip. It was located right by a metro station so ease of access into the centre of Milan was no more than a 20 minute tube ride away and the purpose of our visit, to go to the San Siro was no more than 30 minutes away. The host was extremely helpful considering we arrived a little later than expected due to delays getting into Milan from London. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The area itself doesn't really have a lot around if you need anything, so you do have to venture out on the metro to do or see anything, which for our group was fine, but for anyone wanting to stay in a location with more around the property it could be quite tricky. The only real problem we had was getting back to the property if we stayed out late into the night, you are resorted to paying out for a taxi or a long journey on the night bus if you happen to miss the last metro.

Clean and convenient, slightly lacking in decor.

The apartment is very clean and the bathrooms were great. It’s really very easy to get to the Metro, just 5 minutes away. The rooms were adequate for what we needed. The host who met us was very friendly and helpful.

In the evening, we all sat together in the living area but there were no small lamps. The main lights are very bright and cold. I ended up taking a small lamp from one of the bedrooms and using it in the living area. This isn’t a big deal, but more warm, ambient lighting would have been great. We also ran out of toilet paper quite quickly between three of us. Having some spare in the apartment would have been beneficial.

The apartment is on M1 metro, and convenient to go to everywhere. The host let us check in early and check out late to better fit our sechedule. All equiments are provided and nice. The space is heated and cozy

The neighbor is loud and the walls are not sound proof at all.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, ruhig, schöne Aussicht und groß genug für 6 Personen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Parkplatz inklusive. 2 Bäder, sehr gut. Kurzer Fußweg zur Metro.

Ar 1- المالكة جداً جداً متعاونة ومرنة، تأخرنا في استلام السيارة من مكتب الإيجار وتعاونت معنا المالكة في تفهم الوضع 2- نظافة الشقة كانت نظيفة جداً وممتازة 3- تم تقديم بعض أنواع الشاهي وكبسولات اسبريسو كضيافة من قبل المالكة 4- راحة السرر الكبيرة (السرر المفردة كانت صغيرة) 5- الإطلالة جميلة 6- القرب من محطة المترو (دقيقتين مشي) 7- سهولة الدخول والخروج ( التواصل مع المالكة مباشرة)

1-الحمام لا يوجد به مفتاح 2-اللحف خفيفة جداً والجو كان بارداً 3-السرر المفردة صغيرة جداً

Отличное расположение, 2 мин. до метро, небольшой магазинчик в 3 мин. ходьбы от апартаментов, зелено, красиво, кругом цветы, белки, дикие кролики, вид на рисовые поля, чисто, достаточно места для большой компании

в пешей доступности у вас не будет ни одного ресторанчика, это крайняя улица Милана, дальше начинается область. Не закрывается дверь в туалетную комнату, скрип двери в одной из комнат, не было салфеток для протирки пола, стола

A metró a nagyon közel van, ami még éjszaka is jár. A ház egy csendes, nyugodt környéken található. A lakás kényelmes, szinte minden megtalálható benne. Egy családnak vagy kisebb baráti társaságnak is kiváló.

Bel appartement, confortable, calme et bien situé, proche du métro.

L'hôte qui nous attendait au parking à notre arrivée pour nous ouvrir la barrière. L'hôte qui a accepté de nous laisser la clé du parking un peu plus longtemps (jusqu'à 14h00) afin que nous puissions laisser notre voiture sur le parking le lendemain afin de profiter encore un peu de Milan. L'appartement était beau, la vue depuis le 13ème étage aussi. Il y avait deux salles de bain, très pratique avec des ados. La station de métro San Leonardo est toute proche, le quartier est tranquille. L'immeuble est calme (enfin, c'était le cas le jour où nous y étions !)

200€ pour une nuit, dans la banlieue de Milan, c'est peut-être un peu cher, d'autant qu'il n'y avait pas de matchs de foot à San Siro ce soir là (20/10/2024). Pour 6 personnes (la capacité max de l'appart) c'est sûrement rentable, mais pour 4 personnes, c'est un peu cher je trouve.
