Lovely apartment, very helpful host, further out but easy to travel into city.

Great info from host as to how to get there, lovely space and great terrace.

It was quite a bit out of town, but good public transport and info. The studio was obviously a bigger apartment that has been sectioned, so you are quite restricted on noise levels- got a message from host on first night because the next studio was asking for us to turn the tv volume down (which was at normal volume) 11pm. Could hear the next door using hair dryer etc throughout the day so obviously quite thin walls.

The best!

Absolutely beautiful room in a peaceful part of the city. Everything was clean and amenities such as super fast WiFi were incredibly useful. Gianni was amazing, serving as the best host we've had yet! We wanted an earlier check-in and a later check-out and he facilitated this for us. My mum left her ring at the property, and Gianni was quick on the scene to ship it to us as soon as possible. The cleaner, Maira, was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a memorable experience!

Great accommodation on the edge of Milan

Very nice, clean and spacious accommodation on the edge of Milan. Really comfortable bed and pillow. The shutters make the whole room dark which is great for sleeping in. Coffee machine was a nice touch. The owner sent lots of instructions and was really helpful and communicative. If I was staying in Milan for a little while this would be a perfect home base. If you only have a few days maybe you want to be closer to the centre but for our 4 day holiday we were really happy with this accommodation. It was a very quiet area with the tram, a supermarket and some pizza shops a 15min walk away across a little river. The 79 bus stops right at the end of the street so it's convenient to get into the city but a bit more difficult to do at night (we then used the tram). The airconditioning was very good and we loved the spacious terrace. If you like walking, from the bottom of the street you can follow the canal all the way to the Navigli area of Milan - it is a great walk on the other side of the canal, with no traffic, and the Navigli area is perfect for restaurants and bars.

Need a few more cups that can take hot water, I did not want to make a cup of tea in a plastic cup.

Luxury accomodation for a good price

Style of the appartment, coffe machine with capsules, hairdryer, whirpool bath, owner is very helpfull via Whatsapp.

Comfortable 😊

Very nice residential area, the room was really comfortable and fully equipped with basic needs. The owner was really kind and gave us a lot of information on how to get to and from the apartment. They also gave us information on places where we could go eat and supermarkets around the area. Totally recommend coming here! 😊

Ceiling fan wasn’t too strong, but they have a carry on fan that works really nice. Aside from that, everything was great!

A well-furnished studio with huge balcony - Good for longer stays

We liked everything during our stay. It had a nice view within a calm community-like street.

There are no problems with the stay or the host. Something to note: The closest supermarket is 28 mins walk away. So it's good to buy something ahead including water. 79 bus is reliable and it's not good to rely on google maps for bus timings.

Great out of city vibes for a solo traveler.

The host is great and allowed me to check in super early especially after arriving in Milan in the early hours of the morning with 0 sleep. The location is south of the city in a quiet residential area, great transport links into the centre and surrounding areas, dont stay in the centre of Milan stay in the outskirts.

This property is a residential block of flats and this particular floor has been separated into individual rooms to maximise profit the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything from next door and I mean everything not entirely sure why a couple would choose to stay here in the first place its bewildering especially with a shared bathroom. I couldn't use the toilet for a good hour as both were in there, 0 consideration. There were two couples staying on the same floor as me and both were as I expected loud and thoughtless.

Fell from Heaven into our Heaven room

We were in Room Heaven. Very fitting for me and my friend. It's a small room with a double bed. Desk with two double drawers either side and two chairs. We had a closed terrace with a lovely view. Room, decor and cleanliness was on point. Room did have a strong cigarette smell, I messaged Gianni about this and he had a cleaner over the same day and the room was smelling amazing. Bathroom was shared but clean and lovely and right next to our room. Area is about 1hr 30mins walk from Duomo and Central Milan. Buses run frequently which is right outside the apartment. Metro is a 20mins walk from the accommodation. Easy to use and get to. However in Italy if you want to stay out or travel during the holiday season metro and buses are limited. Metro ends at midnight and the bus near stops at 10pm. Taxis are extortionate. So we tried to walk as much as we could. Tea, coffee was provided we had a coffee machine which we very much appreciated. All in the stay was comfortable and Gianni kept intouch throughout our trip advising how to travel, where to go etc... more than any normal host would do. Thank you Gianni ♥️

This is not a review of Holy Day Rooms. But the food in Italy is awful!! So bland and expensive for food that simply tastes like simple basic unseasoned food..

Superb

Loved the location as it was a beautiful oasis of farms and waterfalls from the bustle of Milan. Clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, and close to the bus stop. Owners are super helpful with information about the spots to try. Self check was communicated clearly. Great stay!

The value could have been matched to the shared bathroom and distance to center. It's a self check-in which has many steps to enter but easy enough.

We stayed 2nights in this hotel. Before I arrived here, the host texted how to enter this hotel. I think this is not a hotel, like Airbnb. And the finding key and entering a room is supper uncomfortable. In addition the location is supper bad😢. They have one bus stop in 5min by feet, but they don’t have direct bust to go Milan Centrale. Also we shared a house with 3 groups and bathroom as well.

朝日と夕陽が楽しめる場所。

インテリアが好みで予約しました。ベランダが広く、静かな住宅地、朝の空気も澄んでいて落ち着きました。スチームオーブンと床暖房もあり、部屋内でも快適でした。到着に時間がかかった為、夕食は、近くの宅配ピザを頼みました。二重玄関の為、少し宅配の方を待たせてしまったので、ホテルと言うより、慣れない人のお家と言う感覚だった為ボタンの解除の仕方に時間がかかり、スムーズに出来ませんでしたが、 How to があればもっと良くなると思いました。スチームオーブンのおかげで熱々のピザが食べれたのでよかったです。

やはりミラノ駅から少し遠いところ。鍵の開け方が分かりにくかった為、チェックインには間に合っていたが、中に入れずドア前で苦戦して 40分かかりました。コンセントもあったのでエントランスで充電しながら、やり取りし、中に入ることが出来ました。画像で解説されていましたが、 1番重要な部分だと思いました。

Tolles Apartment im guten Preis

Das Apartment befindet sich im allgemein gutem Zustand. Es gibt eine schöne Küche mit Backofen. Ist gut ausgestattet. Man kann innerhalb von Paar Minuten die Bushaltestelle oder S-Bahn mit direkten Verbindung nach Stadtzentrum (fahrt ca. 15 Minuten) erreichen. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Apartment. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und kann man sich dort sicher fühlen.

Wir haben leider kein Besteck dabei gehabt und im Apartment gab es leider auch nicht.

Η τοποθεσία ειναι υπέροχη, ήσυχη και το δωματιο πολυ καλό.

Τα αρνητικα είναι η μεγαλη αποσταση απο το κέντρο, θελεις δυο συγκοινωνιες για να πας. Η ωρα του check in πολυ αργά, η ωρα του check out πολυ νωρις. Το Σκ οι συγκοινωνιες σταματουν νωρίς οποτε πρεπει να γυρίσεις νωρίς. Δεν εχει κοντά κάποιο μαγαζί αν χρριαστεις οτιδήποτε (π.χ.νερο).

Super miejsce.

Pokój bardzo ładny, komfortowy i czyściutki. Wszystko sprawne, dobrze wyposażone. Lokalizacja sama w sobie bardzo fajna. Cicha i spokojna okolica, blisko do przystanków i sklepów.

Wiedzieliamy o tym, ale jednak dosyc daleko od centrum. Trzeba liczyć godzinkę, żeby się przetransportować.

Bon séjour

Le logement était très agréable, bien équipé et meublé avec goût. Le bus au bout de la rue permet de rejoindre le centre-ville en 25min. Il y a également de nombreuses places de stationnement dans ce quartier bien entretenu.

La climatisation ne soufflait malheureusement pas de froid… Nous avions donc eux chaud la nuit. Il n’est pas mentionné clairement que le logement est en Zone B avec des restrictions de circulation. Nous l’avons su que trop tardivement pour pouvoir faire l’enregistrement du véhicule sur le site de la ville. Nous avons donc garé la voiture dans la rue perpendiculaire qui est hors zone mais nous avons eux le mauvaise surprise de se faire exploser la vitre de la voiture et celle-ci a été fouillée pour vérifier s’il n’y avait pas d’affaires dans le coffre… Nous n’avions pourtant rien laissé d’apparent. Le quartier avait pourtant l’air calme.

Considerem a localização

O espaço é ótimo, amplo, muito bem decorado, com oferta de café e chá a vontade. Tudo funciona muito bem, o checkin foi super fácil e há bastante privacidade. Não tem defeito!

A localização, a pesar de ser perto do ônibus que deixa na estação de metrô, a estação para pegar o ônibus a noite fica bastante deserta, não é iluminada, muito mato na região. Embora NÃO SEJA RESPONSABILIDADE DO ANFITRIÃO, para hospedagem de mulheres pode ser um complicador. Ou volte mais cedo para casa ou tenha um grupo. Por mais que digam que Milão é seguro, e se fato é se comparado ao Brasil, mulheres sozinha a noite são presas fáceis.
