Nice room but very scary neighborhood

The room was clean and nice, also the host (Giorgio) is very kind and willing to help with your stay. Also the location of the studio is very close to Metro station

The neighborhood is really scary and creepy especially for women, don't know what's going wrong with that neighborhood but there are no italians there , almost everyone are foreigners staring at you. If you are woman do not walk out at night alone.

Perfect location, close to San Siro stadium and metro.

The bathroom could be bigger, but it was enough for our time spent there.

pay a little more to stay closer to the city, but if need be georgio will do the most to make sure you are happy.

the owner georgio was great at helping us with train strike information, gave us the best advice for bars and cafes and was easily contactable when we needed.

the flat was dirty and Grimey, the kitchenette walls had stains and dirt all over. When arriving we found hair on the towels, pubic hair on the toilet floor and stains on the bed sheets. the place reeks of curry powder/tumeric or some kinda spice. the location is very sketchy and I’d highly advise solo traveler’s especially women to stay clear from the area, although it is not the hosts fault I’ve felt safer walking the streets of Napoli at night. we found there was a huge non-Italian community including a few Arab people. My girlfriend would get looks from some of the Arab men in the streets that made her very uncomfortable. the only positive for the location is that it’s 10 mins from the San siro stadium .

Cute apartment with easy access to the city

It was clean, bright, great for couples with easy access to bus stop and metro 10 minutes away. There was cafe, supermarket and bar close by.

unfortunately I can't leave a good review because the pictures don't match the reality. The apartment is photoshopped by 10 points in the photos, and when we arrived we were shocked, the bed was not very clean, it was old and even yellow as if it were 30 years old, the faucet was broken, the apartment was not clean, it was cleaned for 3 years, we are very were upset. the chandelier that had a ton of dust hanging on it, the windows are all broken. 16 km from the city center, you will have to make 3 transfers, and if you take a taxi, you will have to pay 25-30 euros. the area is terribly dirty and there are a lot of Arabs, it was very scary to walk in the evening. I do not recommend either the apartment or the area. The apartment is like a hostel, but the shower was at least something pleasing. and be prepared for the fact that the owner will extort another 18 euros from you in cash for some nonsense, we never understood what we paid for. he is very kind, sweet, responsive, but he gives incorrect information about the apartment! no matter how much I traveled, everything always matched the accommodation and reality, but it was a horror🤯

Very nice with a great host, but a bit pricey.

The host was the nicest person possible! He was very sweet and at our disposal at any time with any information.

Great for a short stay

The host was very welcoming and friendly, he gave us tips for restaurants in the location, offered a flexible check-out and complimentary snacks. Convenient bus stop. Comfortable bed. No central heating but compensated by strong A/C which both cooled and heated.

Location looked a bit sketchy at first but it was alright actually. Hot water boiler has limited capacity so don’t waste it.

Superb

Everything was okay, as in its apt name, ie faultless for comfortable resting, sleeping well and washing. There was a good supply of towels and washing material. The bed was your comfy and clean. It was a five or ten minutes walk from a couple of metro stations and a 98 bus let passengers off outside the entrance door.

Enjoyable - almost every other review is accurare.

• The owner is super friendly, he will help you solve any problem that might occur. • Location was good, as well as the neighborhood. I guess the other people complaining about the neighborhood come from more civilized countries and are not accustomed with the more balkanic/eastern European type of district. • Value for money is on point. PS: I’d recommend buying microwave.

• Very slim walls, unfortunately it can be very noisy at times, especially if you’re used to a more quiet atmosphere. • A bit smaller than in the pictures. • The bed is making noises easily.

The apartment was very clean, big enough, with a fully equipped kitchen. It was 20-25 min with metro to the duomo and the owner was extremely kind and helpful.

The neighbourhood is a bit weird, maybe not the first choice for a girl but if you are a group is totally cool

Pleasant

We had some bus connections nearby, metro at 10 min walking, and the owner was really nice welcoming us water and snacks and recommendations. Internet worked well.

The neighbourhood was pretty scary, particularly at night. I definitely wouldn't stay here for a girls trip. The material on the bed was literally decomposing and the shower was a bit too small. The pics from Booking are confusing as they are taken within many apartments, so what you see is plenty of space and angles and what you get is a really crowded apartment. Overall the price and comfort ratio is not the best in Milan.
