STAY AWAYYY!

The most disgusting place with the worst after sales!

When we entered tye flat we saw that EVERYWHERE was dirty! They said the cleaners are coming asap. With elderly parents that REALLY needed to rest we decided to stay and sit on disgusting chairs. Cleaners never came and no answer and no help from anyone. They didnt want to cancel from their end so i can pay for somewhere else! No answer even after a week from both the place and booking. Com

Great head out base with a lot of space.

Big apartment that fits 6 people easily and has two bathrooms which was very nice. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and not too loud. Kitchen is nicely equipped with plates and cutlery (little short on glasses but we’ve managed). Metro station is 3 mins away so transportation to the center was easy.

A little far from the city center. Even though greatly communicated, the trip might be long.

really bad - try to avoid

the location is big, spacious and bright

it was dirty all over the place. dust, hairs on towels, the TV not working, windows that we were told not to use, the cutlery and the kitchen overall was dirty. the fridge had mould in it and many other bad stuff. also, when we got there we had to wait outside in cold because the guy broke the lock on the door and got himself locked in. he fixed in a dodgy way and told us not to lock the door at night as we might get locked in too. also, this was the second place we had to rent from these ppl (YouHosty) - the first one was canceled because of major maintenance issues and they did not even have the decency to offer their other room as alternative. Booking.com did refund me the stay after all but definitely a host to avoid

House was modern and beautiful just like in the pictures. Everything was super clean, and Luca the housing manager was extremely friendly and welcoming! Beds were really comfortable as well. Really close to the Metro which was the main reason for chosing it.

upon arrival at the apartment we saw that the bathroom cabinet was broken, we took a picture of everything and after leaving the apartment we were accused of breaking. they wanted a fee of € 100, they'd better take a picture of everything in the apartment. You can't do anything without proof.

La struttura molto accogliente, peccava un po’ nella pulizia ma noi ci siamo trovati bene. Due camera da letto e una con il bagno in camera. Comodissimo! Posizione perfetta, vicino alla metto e fermata dell’autobus sotto casa! Host molto gentile e disponibile!
