The apartment itself was like our house... everything was clean and organized... nothing wrong
I don't like the extra $103 I paid for tax property and check in process...it was a hidden fee AND this is the first time I pay that fee with booking.com...the booking.com gave me the final total price BUT I couldn't check in until I paid the amount????

It is clean and cozy
No cleaning materials, one toilet paper, the host is rude, and wrote to me in a rude way asking me to clean the apartment when I leave, location is 40 mins from Milan center which is a long way for any activities
