We arrived at the app at 1 p.m., we had to pay an extra €30, despite the already very expensive rent. the building was undergoing renovation work, so the balconies were unusable and very dirty. There was no air conditioning in the app. the front door is also unfinished. the price of the night is completely inappropriate.

Pleasant

It is absolutely unacceptable that there is no hand soap and shampoo in the apartment for wich you paid 240€ for one night. -The trash can did not had a bag -The glasses were not well cleaned and neither was the toilet bowl -Ants in the toilet -There is no air conditioning. If you have unfinished work in the apartment, then don't even rent it until you finish it -The apartments is nice and new, but the host doesn't take care enough

Comodo per lo stadio

Appartamento in ottima posizione per lo stadio, che era la nostra meta. Parcheggio in strada a pagamento nelle strisce blu. L'alloggio è arredato con il minimo indispensabile ma per un paio di notti va più che bene. Il sistema di apertura e chiusura della porta di ingresso e del portone non è semplice e nemmeno comodo, avrei preferito delle chiavi fisiche o una card, piuttosto che dovermi sempre preoccupare di avere il telefono carico e con la connessione internet per andare sulla app che permette l'apertura e la chiusura della porta. La cucina è attrezzata con induzione, forno elettrico, bollitore e macchina del caffè. Letto comodo, si dorme bene perchè è silenzioso.

Suggerisco di migliorare le dotazioni di base dell'appartamento, per rendere più confortevole il soggiorno. Mi riferisco alle sedie (ci sono quelle pieghevoli, non sono il massimo della comodità e nemmeno della stabilità), alle dotazioni della cucina (ci sono i bicchieri di plastica al posto di quelli in vetro, non c'è nemmeno uno scolapasta o un colino, quindi impossibile cucinare pasta). Sarebbe stato bello trovare un rotolo di carta da cucina o dei tovaglioli di carta, per non doverli comprare per due giorni. Un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli renderebbe l'alloggio da 10.

La posizione a San siro

- Parcheggio - condominio che non dà sicurezza - casa non pulita aveva odore di fumo nonostante i cartelli non fumare diciamo che non c’era una bella sensazione dentro la casa non c’era la tv in camera invece nelle foto si come siamo entrati si congelava però devo dire gentilissimo penso il proprietario mi ha spiegato come far partire i caloriferi sicuramente per le pulizie si appoggia a delle persone e non va lui in prima persona a visualizzare ho preso un cucchiaino era sporco di cioccolato a terra era pieno di roba nera non è stata spazzata e tanto meno lavata prima del nostro arrivo

Sistema di accesso farraginoso e addebito di 40€ di spese di soggiorno per una Notte per una coppia con due bambini , non era stato specificato.Neanche una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia nè tazzine per bere le due cialde di caffè messe a disposizione.

Parkplatzsituation Das Bett war nicht frisch bezogen, war ein bisschen eklig, weil mehrere Haare auf dem Kopfkissen und am Bett waren (Haare auf den Fotos kaum zu erkennen..). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war respektlos und vorwurfsvoll, als ob man ihn was unterstellen möchte, obwohl wir nie bei ihm waren und ihn natürlich nicht kennen..

Wygodny sposób otwierania apartamentu, dobre połączenie komunikacyjne z centrum, cicho, spokojna okolica z pobliskimi pizzeriami I kawiarniami.

Spodziewałam się dwóch łazienek a nie jednej łazienki z prysznicem i drugiej toalety tylko z WC. Dla 5 osób, zwłaszcza grupy kobiet zabrakło drugiego prysznica. Apartament raczej dla grupy max 4 osobowej.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, e con tutti i comfort (macchinetta del caffè con cialde per tutti, bottiglia di vino all’arrivo, aria condizionata)

Purtroppo stanno facendo dei lavori nel palazzo e l’ascensore è davvero datato.
