That it was big

Was very dirty also the location / area is quite dangerous. Police was checking on me while I was coming back home from clubbing and stated that it’s better for me to stay indoors as many Rapes and robberies happen in this area

Difficult access unless you are ok with and experienced with third party website, apartment is good

Apartment is great.

Difficult to access. Host unable to communicate in English. Host requires the usage of Italian third party site vikey.it which was very unclear on how to use with requirements on uploading your passport photos by taking a selfie. We asked if there were other methods to share our passport information but got no other answer. In the end we managed to use vikey.it but without the claimed requirement of a selfie with the passport. When arriving at the building with passport information uploaded we were however unable to get in to the house. Communication with the host was not easy as they claimed they had done everything on their side. Only thanks to an Italian gentleman that passed us who spoke English we were able to call the host and then identify that the host hadn't activated our access in vikey.it. After waiting a long time we then finally got access to the apartment which was quite some time after the check in time.

1) Просторная планировка квартиры, тут действительно много места. 2) приятная цена. 3) 2 спальни, можно проживать семьёй или с друзьями. 4) автоматические роллеты на окнах. 5) чистое и тихое здание. 6) неплохая транспортная развязка. 7) есть необходимая посуда и столовые приборы.

1) Слабенький вайфай, скорость интернета низкая. Из-за этого невозможно было онлайн посмотреть многие фильмы. 2) Проживая тут 11 дней многих вещей просто не хватало. Например не было стирального порошка, возле раковины почти не осталось моющего для посуды, не было тряпок для посуды, не было ни одного запасного мусорного пакета, всего был только 1 рулон туалетной бумаги, не хватало бумажных полотенец на кухне, в пульте от телевизора сели батарейки. 3) звукоизоляция между квартирами слабенькая, но в целом терпимо. 4) табуретки на кухне неудобные.

Zimmer war sauber, angenehme größe für 5 Personen. Ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum San Siro und Metro.

Leider war am ersten Abend nicht genug Warmwasser zum Duschen für 5 Personen, ab der 3ten Person Lauwarm aber am nächsten Morgen wieder warm.

Alle faciliteiten die zich in het appartement bevonden. Stroom meermaals er af, deur klinken vielen er uit, code van het complex functioneerde meermaals niet. Bank/slaapbank te slap voor 3 personen.

Всё было просто прекрасно! Квартира находится в очень удобном месте, всё необходимое — рядом. Внутри чисто, уютно и есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания. Отдельное спасибо хозяину за быстрые ответы и готовность помочь в любых вопросах. Однозначно рекомендую и хотел бы остановиться здесь again!

Aufgrund der technischen Probleme nicht nochmal

Achtung: Wir sind im Aufzug stecken geblieben, würde dort nur die Treppe nehmen! Kommunikation schwierig auf italienisch, Bezahlung der Kurtaxe mittels App hatte zunächst nicht funktioniert, wenig Hilfe nur die Aussage „dann keine Zugangsinformationen“. Als IT-ler kann ich es beurteilen: Die App ist Schrott!

Bon séjour

Très bel appartement situé dans un bon quartier, avec un stationnement facile trouvé à l’extérieur de la résidence. L’hôte a été disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions, avec gentillesse et de compréhension. La communication s’est faite uniquement par message, car je ne parle pas italien, mais l’échange a été clair et efficace.

J’ai malheureusement rencontré des difficultés pour entrer dans l’appartement avec le digicode. Même avec la vidéo explicative, il n’était pas clair pour moi qu’il fallait également actionner la poignée du code pour ouvrir, puis la refermer en partant. C’est le seul point négatif de mon séjour.

Comodo appartamento per 4/5 persone, anche se può ospitarne fino a 6. Dispone di tutto l’occorrente per soggiornare anche più giorni con la famiglia. Molto pulito e senza dubbio in posizione strategica per chi ha necessità di raggiungere San Siro senza troppi disagi. Molto facile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze
